Holy kitten... I keep telling myself that I will one day catch up with the manga (Can't do the anime). It's a really good series, just drags itself out ridiculously long.

Got to love how Gintama actually point out the way it works: usually stab/shot kill, can't find who, once they do, Conan hides as the detective sleeps and no one question otherwise. My girlfriend also said the mangaka seems to be a fan of best friends equal lovers story since there are like 4. Wow. What an easy win. Lol.

Oh god. That Otaku Arc In manga actually works greatly. I remember laughing a lot in this one. It's amazing it really looks like the chapter ended when it's fake.

It's not like there is any real spoiler pertaining to the overall arching storyline right? The episodes are all flipping the storyline anyways. Why the kitten is Sadaharu suddenly there again in the new episode? As far as I remember, the last episode from the previous season ended with Sadaharu getting separated from Gintoki and co.

So far, I've been spoiled almost nothing tbh from the previous episodes.

If that was the last serious arc that I just saw and what you guys say that as of now, anime is still in comedy, then by all mean, keep on going. That last serious arc was beautiful. Tomorrow, I'm writing my Checkpoint 2. If the series garnered me to write that, it means it's that good to me. Tokyo Ghoul is the first. This one is next. That opening delivered the promised hype I felt from it. It only tells me, "Why I didn't listen to my best friend a long time ago." It's like he was saving me from just focusing on Naruto. Japan has all the rights to hate us (though I am only basing on that one tweet that took a shot at USA for not making it big). This series...This series.........

By the way

Is it me or when Yoshiwara is involved, it's guaranteed twice as epic and very crucial to the overall? Three in the row, the arcs have been top notch greatness. The latest one with Gintoki's backstory revealed. Wow. Just wow.

Which arc did you finish? In fact, what episode you're in?

Yoshiwara is a place with many problems and there might be a reason why it's given focus alot, just haven't been revealed yet or showing us how much it's changing after so many years being in shackles

So I'm just curious. Why did you start Gintama, and when exactly did you realize what great of a series it is (or what moment made you reconsider everything of what you thought Gintama was up till now)?

I'm not gonna lie: It's extremely hard to persuade peope to watch Gintama, and more to make them stick with it through to the end.

You think it's encouraging for someone to hear that the first serious arc won't start until episode 57 or so and takes 50 episodes just to build up?

EDIT: Gintama is underrated. It deserves way more attention. But it will never get a dub (cause it's impossible).

EDIT: Gintama is underrated. It deserves way more attention. But it will never get a dub (cause it's impossible).

I prefer it underrated...It makes things soo much better and calm plus barely any ship wars
