We know there is a time skip because of how the charactors look, so 2 to 3 years makes sense, they don't look any older than 20/21, except Kiba he looks like mid-20's. I'm leaning more towards 2 years because Naruto and Sakura specially still look like teenagers to me, i'm not sure if this has been confirmed though.

Actually they look more mature in original sketches.So I thought 22-23 but I dunno.

Ferrari now has Vettel :( this year he didn't stand out and Alonso did, at least in Lotus he actually stood out a lot

He didn't stand out bc the the car was so limited not to mention what he did with the Turbo  bc Pet Fry is a kittening moron who doesn't know how to construct a kittening F1 car the design was  of from the start         .

 

You may not like Ferrari but there is reason why they say thew feeling is different from the rest once you get in it .

 

Not at all this year sucks not to mention I still can't  adjust to the Turbo sound that's not F1

Ok, time is near. I'm going home now, but let me say this:

Everyone. Get your expectations to neutral if not none. I'll say more later.

I would join you if there was more time but the NS in me is running on full throttle right now and since it's so close to the end.......I'm gonna say screw it and Mash the gas pedal as hard as I can and GO!!!! XD

I say that pairings should get resolved in the manga. The romance might just be a simple subplot, but it's one that is deeply connected to the story, and it would be down right insulting to cut it from the manga for the sake of a movie.

 

Even if this chapter has nothing related to romance and we only have next week left I would still say the same.

 

I still believe in Kishi saying that he wants to end the story conclusively, and having Naruto confess to Sakura as well as seeing if they get together is a very clear element needed in order to say that Naruto's story has reached a full conclusion. It's the one element that establishes his potential future family, you can't just simply skip that in favor of a movie. Telling the manga story to it's completion matters way more.

As far as the expectation question goes....

 

All I can say is that I'll definitely be surprised if Kishimoto does not make things at least somewhat obvious in the manga.  Whether it's this chapter or next, who knows.

 

I don't know how he will do it, but I just don't see the manga ending without a clear signal of where Naruto's heart and intentions lie.  Naturally I believe his focus will still be on Sakura, and I believe we'll see her finally in a position to look at a new and better love in a new way.  I don't expect a big love scene or anything, but something that shows them on the path toward love -- together this time.  

 

The manga is its own entity, and is the source material for everything else.  I can't see any logic in not completing it with confirmation of where the characters lives and relationships are headed.  You know that Kishimoto, et al., know that not everyone watches the anime or the movies, so why would any significant actions or resolutions be revealed elsewhere?  (Yeah, money, but true fans will see The Last anyway.)

 

Honestly, I may be outnumbered but I've taken Hinata's apparent role in The Last as a very good sign.  It seems to me that it's going to be a sort of... payback for her.  She and her fans won't win the ship war, but they'll get a movie where she figures prominently and get to see her become strong, perhaps eclipse her sister in her father's eyes, and finally step into the role of clan leader with confidence.

 

That would be a great win for Hinata and Hinata fans, without sacrificing everything Kishimoto has worked for in terms of his romance subplot.  It's really the only way I've been able to arrange the pieces in my mind so that they make sense.

 

Time will tell, and there's not much left.

Heh I'm a fan of both XD I watch them all missed only one or two as for improvements there is gonna be allot whether they will be good don't know , but now that that kittenhead Fry is  gone and James Allison on his place things will be good I hope .
