I feel that the threat of having to be bored by Sasuke is 100x worse than a MIA Sakura. We know she's somewhere doing something useful even if we don't find what she's doing significant and it disappoints people. But with Sasuke, it's almost always a long drawn out battle sequence of Sasuke getting or seeing some stupid powerup that he'll probably get by pouting and snapping his fingers.

On the bright side, if it does switch to Sasuke, I'll be able to focus more on my school work. OTP heart attacks are really distracting~

I hope the next chapter is not Sasuke related, I still haven't gotten over the last time the manga concentrated on him, Never could understand his appeal. I can already guess that the tablet they will check will talk about the clans history including the power of thrthe Rinnegan, and how to seal a bijuu. We'll probably see Sasuke with the Rinnigan, He has revived Orichimaru who just so happens to have dabled with the first hokage's DNA, and Waterboy just happened to discover a Scroll which Sasuke would find useful. I won't be at all surprised if battle is going on, and then Sasuke turns up with Rinnegan, and seals the Ten tails in him ruining Madara's plans and then declaring war on the Ninja world, then take a break so his body can adjust to the Bijuu's powers.

I hope we get Sakura's progress before Sasuke becomes involved otherwise it will be all about her progress being related to him, which i'm hoping isn't the case. If there is one person (with the possible exception of Tenten) who deserves more positive charactor development it's her.

I really but really don't like Sasuke, Naruto many times annoy the sh** out of me, but with Sasuke is genuine dislike.

I hate saying it... but since Madara and Obito are uber haxed not to mention the 10 tails threat (oh no *thought*)... Sasuke's gonna need some form of power up if he's really gonna be the final villain, because if he's fighting Naruto on equal terms, it's gonna really downplay how the current fight is going.

I'm kinda hoping the final battle won't be a Dragon Ball Z style uber haxor moves fight.

I had a distant daydream that by the time Sasuke and Naruto fight, Sasuke will have come back to some of his senses and rather than a battle to defend Konoha, it will truly just be a battle to knock that last bit of sense back into Sasuke and make him acknowledge Naruto. I figured the battle would be played out with their fists rather than impersonal super moves.

I got this idea from that high school special. It just seemed so... I don't know, natural. I think that would be a very interesting for their final battle to be. Some people might think it's anti climatic not to make Sasuke the final villain, but he has never been the final villain, just the final battle. There has always been a bigger villain, even when Sasuke ran away. The Akatsuki and Orochimaru were way above Sasuke on the danger scale and in my opinion, higher on the priority list.

The final villain, if you have been paying close attention to the manga, is either a very corrupted Sasuke, or the Death God. Also if you understand Orochimaru, he is probably leading Sasuke towards a mental breakdown.

Judging by hints, the answer is the Kages. Hm, I just thought of something: how is that all of them are involved of the ones that knows everything. I can understand first 3 in some way, but I alway felt like Minato doesn't really stick in to the world of knowing. Granted he is noble but I don't know. What I'm getting at is that perhaps being Hokage brings in the commitment to the secret of Konoha. It's like if I'm going to be in a club, I must commit to swore never speak the secret to anyone. Kind of like how government today always feels like controversy and we don't know what, like Area 51.

Tsunade is alive so maybe she's not part of them because of her existence? I don't know. I'm curious now that Minato is involved.

Oh, god no. PLEASE let those spoilers be wrong. Sasuke is the last thing I need right now. I actually care very little about what he's doing in comparision to what Naruto is doing and Sakura's disappearance. Just why, Kishi ... why do you troll us Sakura fans with urgent questions like "Where the hell is Sakura?!" and then make us freak out and complain after you switch it to Sasuke again. That's just cruel.

Hopefully those spoilers are wrong. When I read that whole chapter and all there is is "Sasuke, Sasuke, Sasuke", my frustration will have no limits. Where's Sakura? That's all I wanna know. And if this is just Sasuke-centered, please not let it be 20 chapters again. I can literally at my most only barely handle a month of straight Sasuke. Now if I didn't have a thousand questions over what Sakura's doing, I'd probably be able to look forward to it.

Sort of off-topic, but I love how so many people on this forum utterly despise Sasuke and everything he stands for ... yet somehow, he remains to be the 2nd most popular Naruto character. There is something wrong with this picture.
