No we don't, unless you are talking about that sentence posted with Chitoge from Nisekoi wondering if it will be Hinata or Sakura, in which case that is nothing more than the mangaka of that series asking who will end up with who. it has nothing to do with actual spoilers, just a mere question raised from a fellow mangaka from the magazine.

We don't even know if the forehead thing refers to Sasuke. It seems stupid to tie Sakura to something that Sasuke did with his brother, instead of tie Naruto, the guy who initially brought it up, to her forehead.
I'm not saying its impossible, but it sounds unlikely, especially since Sasuke said he only accepts Naruto. why would he initiate such contact with Sakura over the only person he's ever cared about, that's not an Uchiha?
