Kakashi will remove his mask and use it as a tourniquet on Sasuke's arm so he won't bleed out while Sakura takes care of Naruto.
 
Naruto, in a woozy daze, either confesses to Sakura or says he wants to kiss her forehead -- which will trigger her memory of #3.

Oh, I forgot to add this, but I always imagined that the epilogue would contain a scene wherein Naruto is the Hokage, and somebody rushes to him and announces that his wife is about to give birth. He runs to the hospital, and, after a while, we see him with Sakura, looking at their baby and him congratulating/thanking her for this.

5. Then we see a man in Hokage cloak and he’s looking at the Hokage mountain.He’s Naruto.
6. The rookies are showed.Naruto is being Hokage and the village is celebrating.

You forgot to mention about Third Hokage's grandson want to fight Naruto for the Title. So Naruto accepts the challenge.

I know this prediction sucks but please do hear me out :

 

The first page will start of by Sakura and Kakashi jumping thru tree's, and sakura is ahead of kakashi ( meaning she needs to get there at her top speed) Kakashi will have a short memory of Team 7 etc idk much.........When sakura gets there she wont move becuz she is shocked to see they both lost their arms kakashi face would be priceless (lol dont mind please )

and she will hve to decided wich one should she heal first 

thts all i got

 

and the most imp part i forgot naruto will give her a thumbs up stating he fulfilled his life time promsie
