Granted they may say that, but I'm sure they'd be shut up right away once they see Naruto and Sakura realize they only want each other.

Sorry but I don't see Naruto saying or even thinking like that because it will be OC. If genjutsu Hinata is a replica of Anko then he will react the same when he first met Anko at the chunin exams. If I remember correctly I believe he was freaked out when she cut his cheek and licked the wound. Nothing of being romantic interested or ogling at her of the sorts.

Hinata: A strong-minded Hinata with a wild temperament! Very sexy, she boldly displays her cleavage!
"Strong minded with a wild temperament" lets you know she isn't afraid of speaking her mind and will do it very loudly as well. Also the "very sexy while boldly displaying cleavage" makes me think she's looking to get a reaction from someone by showing off her breast. My guess is that Hinata will be rude to everyone with the exception of Naruto.
More like playing seductive to all the guys but Naruto, who she hates because she doesn't have the sway over him she does most guys, that would be the polar opposite of her character.
What would be the point of making Hinata look that sexy only for her to be hating on people. If Hinata's only purpose in the movie was to act mean then Kishimoto could have easily made her into some sort of punk girl, that also works as an opposite of Hinata.
The outfit Hinata wears looks to be made straight up for seduction.
The point would be she's the polar opposite of her real world personality, just like Sasuke, Gai, Kakashi and Shikamaru. If she was hot for Naruto that would be exactly the same as she is in the real world. Look at Sasuke, he was contemptuous of Sakura in part 1 and coldly hates her the same as everyone else in Konoha but Naruto (who he loves/hates) in part 2. In the genjutsu world he's hot for Sakura.
The outfit Hinata is wearing is straight up for being the kind of girl who knows she's hot and gets off on the power of having boys chasing after her, but she's not "giving it" to anyone. That's what her character description sounds like to me. Ever heard the song by the Waitresses "I Know What Boys Want"? That's what type girl I think Hinata will be. Lyrics for those of you too young-
She'd hate and be contemptuous of Naruto because he didn't react the way her "male harem" does.
I wonder if there just might be a bit of sasuhina because Sasuke is a playboy. Sasuke would be smooth and show enough interest in Hinata that she would think she had power over him with her looks but would also have the playboy skills that she'd be still trying to get him completely in her "harem". She might see Sasuke's interest in Sakura as a threat and be giving Sakura jealous attitude, like Ino did with Sakura in part 1 when they were both Sasuke fangirls, even though Sasuke wasn't the least interested in either girl.
Sakura will be like "But I'm not interested in Sasuke" to Hinata, but Hinata won't believe her, because Sasuke is the hot playboy- "Of course any girl would want Sasuke." Then a sneer at Naruto, "Not a loser like him."

Uhmm is Shikamaru a hard worker imbecile and Lee a lazy genius? Is Choji a diet freak?
HA! That will be the humor part of the story...let me guess. The only non affected is Kurama, and he is trying to make Naruto snap out of it.

Sakura will be wanting to avoid Sasuke because he freaks her out and because she knows it's Tobi Madara trying to manipulate her. But it doesn't work at all because Madara is basing this Sasuke off of what he picks up on what early part 1 one Sakura might have wanted. That's not what she wants now. Now she is in love with Naruto, and is trying to eliminate the hold of her memories of her past feelings for Sasuke entirely.

i think the main reason that she is avoiding him is because she knows that she is struck in a genjutsu with naruto.

I wonder if Naruto would be considered a loser in this genjutsu? After all, he will be recognized as the son of the still living 4th Hokage, that might actually earn him popularity points. If that was the case then even if Hinata doesn't actually like him she would actually try to seduce him just because of his famous status.
I haven't deny the possibility of Hinata being mean to Naruto in this story. I just think it'd be more fun to watch her aggressively pursue him for a change, so I'm gonna root that my theory is more likely.
In the end whether Kishi decides to use your scenario, mine, or something completely different I'm sure it'll end up being awesome.

Being the son, adoptive son, or grandson of a Kage doesn't automatically give a person popularity points. In fact it seems to do the opposite- especially if they are a jinchuuriki- Gaara, Bee. (Gaara didn't get fangirls until he became Kazekage, he and Bee were outright ostracized by their age peers- and Gaara, even before Shukaku took over ) Asuma didn't look to have lots of girls falling all over him, Konohamaru doesn't have hoards of fangirls, Kankuro doesn't, Ei doesn't. Even female descendants don't automatically have fanboys, Tsunade didn't look to have anyone chasing her other than Jiraiya when she was a teenager. Temari doesn't have fanboys, etc...
It's the combination of looks and elite family status that caused Sasuke to have tons of fangirls in the Academy.
I think the genjutsu Hinata will despise Naruto because he doesn't react to her charms the way most boys do, he won't be interested because he's in love with Sakura. Sakura will reject Sasuke's advances because she's grown past that childish fantasy. It might be mildly flattering to have that interest, but it feel more embarrassing (because it reminds her of how silly and naive she used to be) and freaky (because it's so not Sasuke.) and make her tense because she knows it's an attempt to manipulate her. Her low self-confidence will make her afraid she's not good enough or strong enough a person to reject this Sasuke, even as she actually rejects him. If there's any lesson for Sakura out of this it's that yes she is a good and strong person on the inside as well as the outside.

The only thing we truly know as of now is that Tobi uses a mysterious new eye technique on Naruto and Sakura. That eye technique is probably the cause of Naruto interacting with his parents and encountering the alternate version of their friends. That's as far as we know.
