Part of it's habit. When you've been reading something for a good long while it's harder to let go of it, even if it's pure garbage. Another part is that it's on the interwebz on scanlation sites. If this were something I was paying for in physical volumes, you can bet your bottom dollar I would have stopped picking it up a long, long time ago. It's easier to put up with a lot more when you're not directly paying for it, which I'm sure factors into the general amount of people who read manga in the first place.
On top of that, I've still got interest in where Naruto and Sakura go in this, relationship-wise. I've always said that if there was one thing I thought Kishi wrote right, it was that. It's pretty much my general anchor to the series, quality besides.
On top of all that, I really don't put up with it all the time. I've gone anywhere from three to five months without reading the manga in the past. I usually check in to see what's up after a while or if things have improved. A couple decent chapters and I'll tun in for a spell, though in my experience it's never stayed consistently good for a while now.
This is true. We're not writing it. But you don't have to be a gourmet chef to tell when a meal tastes bad or just a part of it sucks.

Instead of seal on kunai what if he was able to lock on to someone's chakra and teleport using that?
and do something like this with Rasengan?

Dear god, YEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

A hand holds up the sky while shamefully I make my plea
The alter's callin' but my legs won't seem to stand
Guess I'm a coward scared to face the man I am

Besides from what I understood this week's Manga basically told us that this Key allows Naruto if he wants, total access to the whole Kyuubi Chakra, and do whatever he wants with it, even release it if he wants. Can you imagine Naruto summoning the Kyuubi to fight against the Sasuno? he himself is standing on it's head? That would be awsome.
I thought we'd all be talking about the mention of 'That Jutsu' being mentioned for the first time since the beginning of Shippuden, My theory is it's a advanced version of thethe Thunder God Technique, which like the Rasengan is imcomplete and Naruto at the moment can't use it because of his lack of control over the Kyuubi.

I can see Naruto promising Kyuubi if he cooperates with him on defeating Madara he will release him and fight Kyuubi at the very end, surpassing his father.

Yes.
Actually, in one of the Naruto video games where you can play the Yondaime, you can do the very thing. He charges the Rasengan and then teleports behind the enemy and smacks him with it.
Here is the video and watch him. If you are wondering where he does it it is at 2:35.

Yeah that could happen, (Though I have a feeling the Nine Tailed beasts will cease to exist by the end of the Manga.) I was thinking more along the line of something similar to Killer Bee and the way he could summon the Eight Tales. I want the power of Kyuubi to be reffered to as his power not the power of the Kyuubi.
Another thing i'm wondering is if the person with powerful eyes is not actually Sasuke but somebody else completely, for the Seer who is as old as dirt everyone is young, even Jiraiya so even Maara would be young in his eyes, or someone else who we have yet to meet. It probably is Sasuke but we could be seeing another twist there.

I feel bad for someone who is like this. It's like...they are unfaithful to something because they don't trust it enough.
It's true you don't need to be a gourmet chief to know what you like or hate, but even if you hate a type of food doesn't mean you stop eating all together. Or like when a baseball team you like loses or are going on a losing streak....you just not be a fan of them because they lost a game or two?
Usually being a fan to something means to are a fan of it whether good or bad.
Or what if your favorite band makes a song you hate? Are you going to stop liking that band because of one song?
Yes, there is going to be something you hate about anything, but one shouldn't give up on it because of one bad moment.
I have to ask, what is the point of being a fan if you are only a fan when it is good? A fan sticks by something through the good and the bad.

Point is to he is just bashing for no reason. "Gourmet Chief" is an incredibly bad example for him to use. Critics are paid good money to rate restaurants the point to critique something is so people know if they should eat there or not. But to critique something you have to say why you dislike the place and give many supporting reasons as to why. No critic will ever be like THIS PLACE SUCKS!! / END REPORT because that holds no water in any kind of discussion and people won't even spend there time to even consider you're effort.
Also everyone has to keep in consideration that one mans trash is another mans treasure. But no matter what happens in the manga (unless we reach some sort of insane uber stupidness) I will always support the decisions made by the author.

I don't think he's so much bashing the series, he's just expressing an opinion. I mean we've all had some gripes at some point with the direction Part 2 has gone at one time or another. To be honest, it's been haphazardly put together in comparison to Part 1. I mean honestly I had to reread and go over Shippuuden episodes so I'd understand some earlier parts. Because seriously Kishi has had a lot of WTF moments. And seriously that can be off-putting to some people.

An opinion is exactly what it is and that is you're opinion it has nothing to do with anybody else you cannot speak for anyone else. But there is no reason to share an opinion if you have no plan on telling people why you have that opinion unless you are bashing. You cannot say "we've" because while I have had parts I thought were boring I have never had any gripes about the story and I never will unless i stop reading it and if I do i will not come on a website that is not only a fan of the Manga but a fan of a pairing and bash it. If I said "In my opinion I don't like you," Would it really matter? Of course not because opinions have no effect on what is REAL.

Well we know that there will be another fight with Bee maybe Naruto will help him somehow and he will agree to train Naruto. I just don't see Naruto getting help for no reason. But I guess it's possible to.

Ok, just to point out... From what you stated, you thought some parts of the story were boring. Prime, that would be considered a gripe. Those boring parts didn't stop you from reading, but you had a problem, however slight, with them. So like I was saying, everyone has had problems with the story at one point of time.
Also I wanted to add that, part of the reason we have things like online forums is so people can get online to express their opinions. If he wants to come to a Naruto site, as a fan of the series but not approving of the developments during the latest part, that is his prerogative.
Saying "I don't like something" =/= Bashing.
