I mean come on. Karin was right under their nose the whole time and it so happens NOBODY noticed or even recognized her? Sasuke and the Earth-Scroll? What has that got to do with anything?
Sakura suddenly becoming the villain for no reason? Again OOC.
Some one either got a mistranslation or completely made something up.

How can anybody that's been reading part two think that Sakura is honestly planning on betraying her village and joining with somebody that is bent on killing Naruto? It's a ruse. Sasuke might buy it because he's seen her for only a couple minutes back at Orochimaru's lair so he doesn't know anything about how she's grown since he left Konoha.
It may not be the best of plans, but it's more rational than the earlier guess that she thought she was going to go and take on both Sasuke and Madara together in a straight-on fight.

Assuming Sasuke is stupid enough to even fall for it.
Like I said, she tried this before in part I. He didn't accept her then, what is different now?

Last time, she was apparently doing it on impulse at the edge of town. She might not have been serious and I also think that he was partly refusing her for her own good.
This time, coming out to meet him shows that it's not just a spur of the moment thing. And he may have buried his ties enough that he thinks their broken (and thus, it's safe to have a teammate). She wouldn't necessarily know about the latter part, but the first part certainly stands as part of her reasoning.
ETA: Still don't know if he'll fall for it.

She's doing this to ease Naruto's burden because she feels guilty? Lame. She knows more then anyone else Naruto goes gaga over Sasuke for himself, it's not Sakura's doing. The only thing she'll do is make Naruto hurt even more. Having another friend betray him is about the worst thing she could do to him. So much for caring aobut him, eh?
And getting in close to kill him is also stupid. Does she actually think Sasuke will drop his guard like that? Last meeting she went after him with intent to kick some ass, and now she shows up ready to leave everything behind for him? Sasuke would be a fool to fall for that. She's gonna do nothing but get herself killed. That's not gonna do anybody any good. Sakura would have had a much easier time trying to bring him down with the group she left with. Or better yet, all the rookies, like they wanted to.

Huh? She did it on an impulse and she wasn't serious? I think she was serious at that time. More serious than she is now, if this is a ruse.
We also have Sasuke who is completely different than Part I Sasuke and is more demonic. After seeing what he did to Karin, a teammate, just minutes before I doubt he wants anymore teammates unless he can use them for cannon fodder. I don't see any reason why he would treat Sakura any different.
Sasuke: "Tell you what Sakura, you go and hold Naruto and I will stab both you and him through the heart."
What if she wanted to join his side, but she doesn't say this to Sasuke, she says it to Kakashi. What if Kakashi is the one to actually talk sense into her...telling her that her plan, while noble, is not only going to make matters worse, but is going to make Naruto feel even more guilty
Some spoilers we were given are either mistranslations or they forgot to add a little detail that changes the whole thing. What if this is one of them?

Also, since the moment that she decide that she'll do the talk with Naruto alone, we don't really know what on her head. All we have is impression of what she could be thinking and nothing else. She didn't react, it was, as if, since the moment that Sai have made the revelation of Naruto loving her, she acting like a member a the ANBU squad that show no emotion.
The thing that bug me and that make me believe that it a fake is that, in 17 page, I doubt that every thing that we see in that spoiler happen, it just to much. Until then, I'll wait patiently for the next issue to come out.

I really don't get it, why would Sakura, after seeing how much Sasuke has change, decided to follow him?

but it still might hapen, hmm i think that if she joins it will be a down foall for SS because once learning about the true intetions and sasuke wanting to kill everone in konoha she will learn she really will not understand him,
also she might bring up the bench scene again and it could open her eyes

Mangahelpers still hasn't posted these spoilers nor confirmed them and they started the discussion about them which was quickly closed. I'm sensing a bad translation or just plot inconsistency, regarding to Karin especially (because that's is just BS, like I'm reading a comic book for the Western audience when its plot is rewritten by a different author) ... I mean we had learned about Karin in the third databook: village destroyed, only survivor, taking in via Orochimaru and was left defending the North Base... but now this is saying Karin was actually a former Konoha ninja, participated in the Chuunin Exams and lost during the FoD via Sasuke taken the Earth Scroll from her (did I remembered that he along with Naruto and Sakura stole that scroll from a different team and it wasn't the Sound that's for sure...)

This means we're gonna have some major issues (which now we can say Kishimoto is indeed a bad writer), especially the animators/writers for the anime. Majority of that episode when Team 7 had the Earth scroll back in Part 1, gonna be ignored and dropped as filler, meanwhile, the filler part on how Karin "officially" met Sasuke... dropped. This will cause trouble and a big headache for them
What's Happening with the Naruto series as of now!

I asked him what he thought at work today, and he says personally he feels that the current spoiler is fake. But at MH they won't post any spoilers until they can get at least one or two additional trusted confirmations. Which means there won't be a confirmation until later this afternoon at the earliest, most likely.
Edit: I mean, there won't be a confirmation/denial or a confirmed spoiler posted until later this afternoon.

I never expected, the provider of the spoilers would get into some kind of inconsistency, which made us feel weird ...

I hope this isn't true, Kishi has used too many Cliche's recently as it is, Super-powered enemy reapearing from the grave that noone can touch another enemy who appears to almost double in power every fight without training, new charactors with powers that make all current regulars looks weak and silly, and a hero who is fallig into dispare, and now the classic join the opposition to attack them from within, not bad idea if not for the fact Kishi has used it twice already, once with Kabuto, andthen with Itachi and now if this is true with Sakura. Only diehard SasuSaku and the Sakura-bashing club are going to beleive she's really turned heel.

Well, it has been a long time since her last encounter with the Uchiha. So far, she only have the confirmation of the Kumogakure ninja that he have join Akatsuki and have heard that he have attack the 5 Kage Summit. Techniquelly, she haven't seen how much he have change.
What could make Sakura do that is that, so far, she think that she can only do little things for Naruto, and after Sai revelation, her insecurity have only confirm what she had already doubt.
She want to free Naruto from the responsibility that she, but also the entire village, have inflict.
Of course, let not react to soon, it could probably be a fake. Let wait for the next issue to come out before panicking (I did that at first but it was only because I had a bad day and I had to let out some steam

The spoiler is that Sakura is making it look like she's betraying Konoha for Sasuke. There isn't anything in the spoiler itself to make it look like she has ulterior motives to join, but I think that the last 250+ chapters offer a bit of evidence to that point.
Over at NF, Tammie (a poster in the NS fan club) suggested the parallel to the first sannin fight. Tsunade knocked out Jiraiya and ditched Shizune and then fought Orochimaru on her own. Sakura is looking like she's following in her master's footsteps very closely.
