But seriously, with his apparent abandonment of Juugo and Suigetsu (poor them, they're stuck when the building collapses, throw some time in between, we find out they have a plan, throw in some more time, find out plan = EPIC FAIL, and now...?) and his 'sacrifice' of Karin, this is so....ARGH. Wasn't it like... 70 chapters ago he was being all "lemme save Karin from my amaterasu" even when Juugo was willing to abandon her, and being saved by all these Team Hwak people? Sheeeesh.

Whatta d!ck...

But I seriously doubt Karin is dead... and if she is... mahbee she won't STAY dead? He did tell her to stay still after all, that and if he was using his chidori normally he wouldn't need to be having his Mangekyou activated right? I think him having it activated means something is off...

that got me thinking if it was a genjistu im staring to think using genjitsu on someone who loves u and i think he knows hes not as dence with feelings as naruto is. but by letting the one that loves u think u stab her IS SO DANM low and sick now i hope karin is not hurt internal i really hope its genjistu becaue we can see how she is emotionaly DAMEGE BY IT

yeah now i want it to be genjitsu because that i think is worse and sicker then stabing the one that loves u by making them belive you stab her.

the kyuubis chakra is quite open but theres another part of it if the past chapters are anything to go by.

As to Karin she is hurt and its no genjutsu. Inspite of Kishimoto senseis being unwilling to kill Hinata he was willing to injure her severly. Just the same Karin is hurt as well. The importance though is in how dark sasuke has become because of it.

As Kakashi told him he would be hes become lost. hes like a force of nature now, revenge is driving him and all madara has to do is keep pointing him in the right direction.

what will be interesting is if Madara slips up , the problem with a force of nature is they tend not to care what they run over.

Karin was the only thing keeping him focused but now her influence has been removed, she wont die but im laying a willing bet she wont be accompanying sasuke after this. Madara will more than likely insist that she be left behind due to her injury and now being a liability.

Sasuke will mroe than likely agree though we may see a touch of hesitation on his part.

that will be key to sasukes redemption.

watch the next chapter. If Sasuke shows a touch of regret or hesitation in leaving her behind ((should she be left behind)) then hes still got a chance.

If he doesnt then things are very dark indeed and he most likely wont survive the mangas end

Uh, Naruto and Sasuke vs. Haku (taking an attack meant for Naruto)? Some parts of the preliminary chunin exams (giving advice when he could)? Garaa (telling Naruto to take Sakura because he doesn't want his comrades goodbye)? The goodbye (what seemed to be a sincere thank you)? While Sasuke was not much of an angel back then, he clearly wasn't heartless. I will say though, there is the possibility that Kishimoto pulls something with his "Next Generation will surpass the last"....and make Sasuke even more evil and demented than Orochimaru.

I think people are looking too deeply into Sasuke telling Karin not to move. He wasn't saying that so he could stab her without hitting a vital point; I'm sure he said that because he wanted a clean hit on Danzou, who was using her as a hostage. He was thinking "Oh yes! Perfect!"

With 480 Sasuke has become more evil than Orochimaru or Madara for the matter.

That's what I believe too knowing Sasuke he won't hesitate to capture Naruto with the person he has become. However this is Sakura's worst fear. I believe the reason she cried at 453 when Karui mentioned Sasuke I think it was the fact that Sasuke has joined Akatsuki has sink in her and now she fears that he might come after Naruto since he has become a member of the organization. Naruto getting capture by Sasuke its probably her worst fear and she will eventually think it's all her fault. This is another reason she asked Naruto to stop searching for Sasuke because she knows it won't lead to anything good.

So did Sasuke tell Karin not to move so he could hit Danzou without trouble or (more likely) so with her not struggling he has a better chance of peircing Danzou's heart.

Didn't think I could dispise Sasuke anymore than I already do (He's in my top three least favourite charactors of all, might even be number one. Other two are Dawson from Dawson Creek and Severous Snape) but he's definitely crossed the line, there can be no return. And to make matters worst he's made his older brother's (who he claiming he is seeking revenge for) sacrifice for nothing, If he isn't stopped, All the lives that were spared with Itachi doing what he did are doing to be lost and then some.

This also for me marks the end of SasuSaku, there is no way Sakura would be able to be with someone who would kill so callously, she's a Medic who'se first priority is to save lives of others, his actions could cost the lives of thousand. Hopefully Sakura discovers the dead body of Karin, it could be a wake-up call for her and strengthen her resolve...maybe even smack some of it into Naruto...who for all we know died from his panic attack.

It's not whether Sasuke tried to kill Karin or not. It's the fact he treated his last ally like a pincushion. After his abondonment of Jugo and Suigetsu, he was already teetering on the edge of pure evil. With this act, he's jumped off and is now nothing but a villian.

There's no deeper meaning. There's no secret agenda. There's no redemption here. There's no last act of good. He's evil, and he needs to be taken out. Everyone but Naruto agrees, and pretty soon, I think he's going to realize the only way to "save" Sasuke is to put an end to him.

i agree with that totally...naruto, kakashi, sakura and gang would never ever even risk their teamates life just to kill the opponent. and i forgot about suigetsu and jugo. you're right....sasuke has gone too far off the ledge.

and that makes sense....since kyuubi chakra is released when naruto is under strong emotions. (this would definitely be one of them)

No.

If you go up, what do you hit? Her neck.

Not up. It could easily be: up and over.
2) His right shoulder is gone. So when it looks like he is lined up even with Karin, his chest would actually be offset from hers.

We'll know for certain next week. Like some people mention, whether or not he got her through the heart, the important thing is he stabbed her in the first place. That attacking Danzo was far more important to him than Karin's health.

I highly doubt Karin is dead, I just guess Madara is glad to see Sasuke is willing to hurt friends in order to finish his mission. My guess is that Karin is going to have a hard time accepting Sasuke from now on, and this might strain their relationship.
