I can understand the frustration of the translator but was kinda unprofessional. I personally don't think Sai is going to tell Sakura that Naruto loves her, but it's going to be about the promise he made her. Sai has seen the inner turmoil an hardships Naruto is going thrugh to keep that promise to Sakara, going as far as pleading to the Raikage to not seek out Sasuke for revenge. I think Sai is worried this promise is going to end up killing Naruto and will ask Sakura to talk with him to drop his crusade to save Sasuke, specially as he does not see Sasuke the same was as the rest of Team Seven do, he see's Sasuke as a thorn on their side that needs removing so they can be happy togeher....ofcourse that's what I think and culd be completely off target.

I wonder how long until Japflap has it up. They've slowed down tremendously in the last few months. (The new baby could have something to do with that, I guess.

Well, I don't agree with justified, exactly. Granted, they can do what they want; no one's really going to stop them and since it isn't a job they can't exactly get fired. It doesn't make them look very good though. This is not a DVD commentary, after all; no one generally reading is going to give a flying **** what the translator thinks about this or that. Their opinion is moot and should not be interjected into the pages; I used to think this was a given amongst translators, but I guess not.
At the least, it's supposed to be understood that you don't make your little comments on the pages; they're supposed to be translated and put up for someone to read.
But then, desperation is desperation. If nothing else, I thought the note was hilarious. Kill Sai? What is the person going to do? Scribble over Sai in the offending panel? Crop any panels with him out of the manga? Oh I know! They're going to write really bad fanfiction where Sai is killed off in terrible ways and it never happened and Hinata gets the guy and crap! Not that people don't do things like that last one anyways, but I digress.
Fandom: Rejecting reality and common sense since the dawn of man.

This is also why I feel that we're going to get seriously trolled on the conversation (if it even happens next week). It still seems really early for any pairings to be resolved completely at this point (no matter badly I want them to be). I think that Kishi will leave the pairings open until the very end.

I found it Hilarious too I mean serouilly if a Nh fan see Sai as a threat then that means the Naruto and Sakura relationship is going to be canon soon...."

You know that Kishimoto and Kubo-sensei troll their fanbase everytime. :zaru
I really want to know what Sakura feels about Naruto as well, it's seriously sad to see that scene where Sakura was walking away from Naruto and the fact that he's willing to throw it all away just to make her happy. You can't find a guy like Naruto anywhere else, Sakura!
But, currently as it stands... we have plenty of ammo against the naysayers. The wait for the next issue is gonna have everybody biting their nails to be trolled by Kishi.

I don't think he/she did the right thing, whatever couple he/she supports.
Anyway, it would be better if we ignore it and move on.
Let's just focus on NaruSaku.
GO NARUSAKU!

On to the argument over Naruto's conversation with the Raikage. I personally think Naruto's weepy begging actually got to the Raikage. In that last panel when he turns over his shoulder to look at Naruto, that said to me that Naruto may have struck something in the Raikage that he hasn't admitted yet. Also, don't forget that the Raikage can be a deeply emotional guy. He did cry when his brother KillaBee was taken by Akatsuki. I think the Raikage may understand a bit where Naruto's coming from in terms of begging for the life of someone you consider a brother, even if he may be a complete a*hole (referring to Sasuke).
It will be interesting to see what the next chapter will be like. I'm wondering if Naruto's going to crash the meeting of the kages. Afterall, if Naruto wants to change the way shinobi's currently run as his father thinks he needs to, what better way to do that than to put his case in front of the 5 Kages. I know that some people may argue that having Naruto beg and grovel doesn't seem becoming of him, but this is what makes him different. I'm not going to judge about whether that's the best way or not yet. I think we're going to have to see what the results yield first before we can say. I mean, we've seen him fight tooth and nail to get Sasuke back at the Valley of End and we know how that turned out. Perhaps the passive route may be the best route right now.

@Achika-chan: QFT, I think Naruto did manage to spark a lil' something in the Raikage. According to Binktopia's The raikage made a lot of good points, especially the part about killing Sasuke. If you don't want to start a war, hold back & figure out how to move on & create new relationships with the enemy....

It's a one-shot which isn't done yet.

I'd like to see more between the Raikage and Naruto, too! Hopefully the Raikage can impart some more wisdom from his experiences, and Naruto can learn to combine a peaceful approach with steel. Peace is a great thing, but sometimes you must kill or make sacrifices in order to maintain that peace. Even if all the ninja villages develop peaceful relationships, there will always be rogues that seek to disrupt peace, such as Orochimaru and Akatsuki.

Indeed, the irony about peace is that sometimes it has to be defended with force and that it's not always bloodless road to peace.
