AI retired today. Its really sad for me personally that its not under his terms. But im real thankful for what he did in his time in philadelphia and with the franchise. We sucked worse than we did now until we drafted him. When I saw him cross over Jordan I blinked twice and pinched myself to see if that actually happened. He was used as a scapegoat and called a thug because the way he dressed and spoke but he was always good to the fans and community in philly. And he gave us the practice quote biggrin.gif


And he is for sure one of the toughest players of all time. He was always going inside and never shy'd away from contact, and played hurt a lot especially during his last few seasons . He is under 6'0 and weighs like what, 180? But he was always looking for contact while making one of his spectacular layups. And he brought the sixers from bottomfeeders to the top of the east, and and a competitive squad for years to come. If the rocky statue ever needs some company, an Allen Iverson statue would definitely be fitting.

Yep.

I don't even like the Suns, but I want to see San Antonio lose because they beat Dallas. All my co-workers are Spurs fans (I live and work near San Antonio), so that makes it even better. They gave me so much grief over the Mavs.

Me and my brother were watching a certain hockey game when we found out. I went apekitten, hard to believe the sixers jumped so high and i was surprised how many people were excited about it last night and this morning. Really looking forward to evan turner. And the nets did get played, losing out wall and turner to division rivals.
