All of genjutsu user only use it once in their appearance, with the exception of uchiha or sharingan user.

Now as a whole Naruto is a decent story with the worst ending in history of writing. As far as I know this is really the worst ending.

Yeah, a three way split would have been good. Sasuke wins the first, pushing Naruto to improve. Naruto wins the second, showing Sasuke just how far he's come, and then it's all on the line with number three. Who's ideals are strongest? Who will be victorious? (I sound like I'm advertising a Pay Per View  )

 

THAT ending has done wonders to drag the entire thing down. I have to agree, it really is the worst ending that I can recall experiencing.

Coupled with this, I think Naruto and Sasuke shouldn't be the last fight like it was, if it happened like in the middle  of the last manga  arc, it would be great, in the end Naruto and Sasuke would team up one last time to defeat the "true villain", not only this would be a better redemption for sasuke because he would not fight for his selfish intentions but there was going to be a lot more drama.

Yeah, the only reason why he didn't keep to his plan was only because he couldn't win. That's literally it.

 

I think the best way it should have been handled is have Sasuke be outright defeated by Naruto and then be locked up in prison for the rest of his life for all the crimes he committed, but you know with Kishi's Uchiha favoritism that was never going to happen.

What do you mean he relented? I think Sasuke is the type of character to take losing very badly.
