It's finally clear now.

Hinata would be too busy dealing with Mecha Naruto to stalk the real deal, and since Tenten has to deal with Team Gai, Ino'd have her fellow blonde to herself!

It's finally clear now.
Orochimaru didn't make Mecha Naruto, Ino had Tenten do it so Mecha Naruto would distract Hinata so she could move in on Naruto while Sakura was at the hospital! Hinata would be too busy dealing with Mecha Naruto to stalk the real deal, and since Tenten has to deal with Team Gai, Ino'd have her fellow blonde to herself!
So basically Ino wanted Naruto all to herself!?
