I really feel for Sakura in this chapter. Poor girl... she's done everything to catch up to Naruto and Sasuke, and just when she thought she did, she now sees the different in their powers, and sees Sasuke was right. Poor Sakura... :(

Or at least continues to learn Sasuke's a jerk... he was gonna let both Kakashi and Sakura get captured and potentially killed because he deems them useless. Kinda like broken tools so to speak, like full circle from the Zabuza battle

Sakura will getting stab.
Seem like kaguya teleport them to the other part of the world since outside of volcano is day light.
Naruto parallel hagoromo. Sasuke most likely parallel hamura.
Narusasu > sakura since start of manga.
Sakura will become strong. Strong enough to fight upgrade orochimaru.

I swear if Naruto and Sasuke get another kittening power up, I will start burning kitten.

I am curious though as to why Kaguya was thinking of Hagoromo when she was looking at Naruto, when he is the reincarnation of Ashura, which she confirmed herself last chapter.

Naruto gain the other kurama and sasuke awaken his other rinnegan. I think that's the only major power up narusasu would get.

Kakashi power... not sure how they even got to Obito based on where the last chapter ended, but plot convenience and the highly unlikely ability to pierce through the entire hand deep enough in rock to hold...

Its rather based on how you interpret it, but yes it was a small NS moment . 

 

Okay, so a post for all those who are still confused about Naruto's and Sasuke's short exchange of words. It will be in a dialogue format. I'll just expand their dialogues representing what they think.

 

We got panels of Naruto forgetting about Kaguya and caring only for Kakashi and Sakura. Sasuke reminds him some things. That's how the things went.

 

Sasuke: Naruto, look in front. We are the only ones on this planet who can defeat Kaguya. If you or me, either one of us dies, this world will end right here. Your Yang chakra and my Yin chakra are basically the only ones which are going to work. So, you can stop worrying about Sakura and Kakashi and concentrate here with me on defeating Kaguya. They cannot help us one bit now. They are not on the same levels as us. So we should stop caring for them since they don't matter. Naruto, I saved them because they just happened to be beside you when I tried to shield you from IT. There was no need to risk your life and save Sakura back then(when she was stabbed) either. Do you understand what I am saying?

 

Naruto: Sigh. Yes Sasuke, I do understand. I know Sakura chan and Kakashi sensei are not on the same level as us. But still they are my comrades. And back then when Madara stabbed Sakura, it was my body moving on its own. Just the way you did to me during our fight with Zabuza. And I think you know understand well enough why I did that, don't you Sasuke? And you did the same thing when IT was activated. There was no need of you to come down so fast to shield me. Your body moved on your own, didn't it Sasuke? I did notice that when you suddenly came swooping down and I knew what you intended to do. That's the reason why I asked Kakashi sensei and Sakura chan to stay near me.

 

Sakura chan: It is as Sasuke kun says....we are useless now and not even close to what Sasuke kun and Naruto have become. But Naruto you knew this pretty well but still unlike Sasuke you tried to protect us even though we are not as close to your power level. You knew about what Sasuke meant to do adn that is why you told us to stay near you. And back then when I was stabbed by Madara, you came n quickly to save me. Was it because you cared too much for me? Is it like what Sasuke kun did to you during our battle with Zabuza?(This is verified by Sakura's wide eyes reaction meaning something clicked her probably Sasuke's words when he saved Naruto against Haku verified by Naruto later). You knew everything didn't you? And you still saved me and now both of us(Me and Kakashi sensei). Arigato Naruto.

 

Now as soon as Naruto's words and Sakura's panels end, it is verified that Naruto saved Sakura for the reasons we all know and ofcourse Kakashi sensei again for the reasons we all know. It was a freaking NS moment, just a small one hidden underneath. It even dismisses the claims that Naruto moved on from Sakura. More of Sasuke's reaction to "You know that well, don't you Sasuke?" tells us that Sasuke understood what Naruto meant to say. More of it still renders the possibility that Sasuke's soft spot, till now, is still Naruto. It was always Naruto. How much ever evil he may become, Naruto will always be his soft spot. 

 

Now, I'll refer to Itachi's words, "True power is unlocked when the ones close to you are killed.". Now since, Naruto is the closest to Sasuke, he wants to kill Naruto to obtain a greater power and the reasons for obtaining power....we all know. I hope I've cleared things up, atleast a little bit. Feel free to point out/correct the flaws.

I never said such a thing as Sasuke saved Sakura and Kakashi because his body moved on its own. You should reread my post, I think you misunderstood it. 

And now I understood this scene thanks to redraggon. Naruto was just stating that in times like this he would save his dear people because his body moves on its own, just like Sasuke did back to the fight against Haku.

I didn't understand the whole part in which Naruto remembers the time in which Sasuke saved him and said "my body moved on its own" and then he repeats the same thing and Sakura thanks him. What is the link between Sasuke's act back then and Naruto repeating his sentence. Did Naruto saved someone in this chapter before saving Sakura and Kakashi? Or is he implying that Sasuke saved Kakashi and Sakura because his body moved once again on its own to save them?

It's obvious that Sakura is gonna eventually have a huge moment in this, but the way Kishi is going about it is not something I'm enjoying at all. Seeing god Naruto and god Sasuke fight is so incredibly boring.

Basically the point of no return when the characters are basically too broken to truly lose

Lets predict when then. My guess is in 15 chapters. We probably need to have the Kaguya flashback before that. 

 

I'm with you that Naruto and Sasuke with god like powers are boring as hell. We have to endure this for god knows how long.

I find it funny how Sasuke used his hawk summoning, then susanoo(I think), Naruto used his chakra arms, while Kakashi uses a simple scroll and kunai.
