Even if Hinata has her byakugan activated and told to Sakura that Sasuke was in danger against Juubito, they wouldn't make in time for saving them.... xD

Yeah I see a few possibilities - one, Minato saves them, which is to me probably the most likely. Two, the kages come flying in to save the day. Like someone said its a good opening for them to appear (and is actually my favorite possibility). Third, Kakashi will appear, and I will become reminiscent of old team seven T-T. But Kakashi appearance will probably leave an opening for Sakura to come closer to the battle (to heal Kakashi). And then...team seven love combo attack huhuhu

Its aIl adding up. People view this as a pairing moment for whatever reason but its obviously not. Not by a lobg shot. If any pairings gonna benefit from this, its NS of course. 

 

Anyway i called it before. I feel as though he wants All the hosts/bijuu and such dead. This includes Naruto and Bee. I could possibly see a rematch between Sasuke and Bee coming up in the future chapters if it becomes more apparent.

 

Anyway it seems as though our girl hit the nail on the head. She had very good reason to not trust him and he's proving to us readers and the characters that her suspicions were spot on. For people wanting her to become relevant again, its really only a matter of time. Things are heating up here and her participation in these events are a given to be honest. It seems as though Sasuke isn't as bad as he used to be but again, he's doing what he feels is right. I could see him not having any hard feelings for Naruto but ultimately, he may feel that he needs to die for the betterment of Konoha and such. 

 

What to know though is if Sasuke can control the 9 tails if he wanted to...

 

Chapter was good. Looking forward to seeing how things pan out from here.

Kishimoto is obviusly placing Naruto and Sasuke in the same position as the brothers from the tale about Rikudo senin;

Where these two's fight began the cycle of hatred in this manga (symbolically), began the fued between Senju and Uchiha, Naruto and Sasuke's war will break the cycle of hatred and end the fued between the two lines.

 

 

Ironically or not the parallel between the sage's brothers and what's happening right now is on. They haven't yet started to fight but, if we consider Obito to be the sage ( the markings on his back are proof thou they could indicate the markings of the seal) then he as a character already fueled things up in order for Naruto and Sasuke to fight like the 2 brothers did a long time ago.

 

What bugs me is the fact that Kishi shows that Sasuke is planning on fighting Naruto yet we don't know the reason. Maybe Sasuke hasn't got a thought out plan as we assume. But he knows that whatever he will do he will but heads with Naruto. From announcing that he wants to be Hokage to trying to kill the Juubi and now finally this.

There's also the fact that up until Obito fused with the Juubi Sasuke was ignoring Naruto but right now he is willing to listen to him or at least work with him. That means that again Sasuke is acknowledging Naruto or more likely is acknowledging that he isn't yet powerful enough and whatever he is planning he knows Naruto will be there to stop him.

First, Sai doesn't trust in Sasuke and he asked Sakura what felt about this regarding him

Sakura made a fake smile: Clearly the girl doesn't have faith in Sasuke. She's worried for something.

Sasuke protected Naruto from Obito's attacck and says (probably to Obito): It isn't you. The one who will cut away the past is me." while he was thinking about a photo of old team 7 and he cut off Naruto's face. Why? Because he wants to kill Naruto at the end of this war or even during that.

 

It's pretty obvious that Kishi's droping some clues here and there about future development of Sasuke.

I agree. These clues will carry on for the next battle/arc (hoping for arc because these guys need rest).

Yeah, because it just happened now and there's no time for "Naruto is in danger," "Quick, let's go!" and so on. Pretty much, Kages or even Kakashi is the only answer to this. Well, Minato is the key as well, so long he got that....long name jutsu ready.

Well, I guess what Sai asked is what we all are asking and so far, I believe the past will be destroyed by Sasuke and pretty much never acknowledge what he has now. I think that's what Sasuke is doing. You know the old saying, "History is written by the victor."

She wouldn't have to choose. When he has to choose either Naruto or Sasuke she always chose Naruto, even in part 1.

Also I miss Kakashi , i want him to help and fight is old friend Obito.

 

But overall this was a good fighting chapter. I like the fact that the Hokages start to use strong justus ( minus Sarutobi and is shurikens... I mean really this is the best you can do ? )

 

Im hype to see Hashirama vs Madara part 2 finally. Next chapters will be great

To be honest, in one point, I actually thought SS has a good chance with that thought of Team 7. Then, yeah, nevermind. But that's all.

Ahahaha that was my exact thought process while I was reading that part.

Yeah that part in the anime was just so weird and unnecessary. Seriously? Sakura would never even question who she would heal first- I mean the answer is so blatantly obvious. Even if she doesn't think of Naruto in a romantic light (which we know is not the case), she would still heal Naruto first because he is her teammate, friend, and they've been through alot together, unlike Sasuke. Ugh, the anime sometimes I swear /rolls eyes

Give it more time. Last volume got her involve a lot. I'm not saying this is enough, I'm saying the focus for now is the power feat of Obito and this chapter is to show off Hokages as well as Hashirama vs. Madara is now on. Next chapter could start of everyone moving forward. It's only 2nd chapter. Just give it time.

Unless Kakashi is healed, I don't think it's possible for him to intervene and save them. Last time we saw him, he was badly injured.

 

Not to mention he's still in Obito's dimension.

Speaking of the Kages arrival I wonder if Tsunade and Sakura will have some interactions about Byakugo seal and her recent power up.

And what about Raikage and Sasuke ? I dont think that the Raikage will be hype of making a team with him after what is done to Bee and is arm
