I think they're getting the idea that NS is going to be the only one left and of course, won't die. This is the second time I saw that picture. First time was in 631, go figures. That bomb sure getting louder for that pairing but I digress. Seriously, I wonder what's next for her.

He died, I am pretty sure that changes people, and its not like he randomly changed but there is a giant reason he did. 

Ummm....how would you know? Name one person who has died and come back and has suddenly changed. I mean, a lot of people have died, but I'm having a hard time figuring out who came back. You're assuming. Orochimaru had a reason to change. One line of dialogue does not show a character change at all. 

 

So no, I call shenanigans over this. 

 

Orochimaru coming back was awesome. But this...this is just pathetic

Honestly it could just be because there are too many villains, I mean if kishi really is planning on ending the manga some time soon then he would have a lot of villains to get out of the way, Madara, Obito, Juubi, Sasuke, than add Orochimaru to the mix that's quite a bit.

 

Although I don't necessarily believe he is "good" because if Sasuke decides to fight against all of the good guys I bet Orochimaru would help him.

 

Honestly it just feels like Orochimaru has become a Sasuke fanboy

This is terrible, what does that make Karin's character and what will happen to her in the end ? I just don't know I really have a hard time with that.

 

 

He turned Karin into a straight sexual masochist in this chapter. He indirectly implied that Karin enjoys/gets pleasure from Sasuke's behavior.

when he was first resurected Orochimaru said his goal was still Sasuke but that he didn't have the power, I don't see the problem with what he does as it is all for his own reasons just like always

That makes no sense to me. If her words are sincere  then her smile which should be related to the topic at hand, should also be sincere. Unless she's actually thinking about something other than the topic at hand, and that's whats making her smile fake. .. huh. 

 

But then there's the word "might". Maybe Sai is having a hard time reading Sakura. 

 

The trailing periods after her speech give the impression of her statement being "in the air". So it does look like she's holding something (probably Sasuke related) back.

To me, Sai doesn't want to believe Sakura is lying. Because she's his friend, he trust her words by default.

I think that's why he assumed she wasn't lying. Moreover, he said "might" ( i would like to have the raw's translation by someone who understand japanese ). But it's clear to him that her smile is fake. And it's clear that she's lying.

 

I liked the chapter. I knew it would be something like that beteween Tsunade and Orochimaru.

But i don't really like the fact that Sakura is still hurt that much about Sasuke being an ass.

I honestly though she would react differently.

To me, this isn't kill more SasuSaku. It's quite the opposite in my opinion. It will let a window for Kishimoto to say later that Sakura was super-sad because she loves him so much bleh bleh.......

I used to love this manga. But it really has become a convoluted story that offers nothing to characters anymore. Orochimaru changing? That's sooo stupid. 

 

People like Orochimaru and Tobi have the assurances of their eventual demise. Despite this manga's philosophical exhortations about villains of any background or mentality being redeemable there appears to be this abstract tenet for those whose actions have irrevocably and comprehensively harmed others meeting a premature death of some sort. It happened with Zabuza and Nagato. Personally, I remain suspicious if Orochimaru is going to continue allowing the Hokage to assist the Alliance.

 

There's no possible way he would be redeemed so easily through a disagreement with the choices his successor made and a few conversations with the man who betrayed him as well as several deceased political leaders. His personal objectives have yet to be addressed and if Kishi is centred on allowing every villain flashbacks to act as an exposition for who they are and how they came to be then we have not seen the last of an evil Orochimaru. On the other hand, Tobi's fate should is somewhat predictable. He'll be redeemed and then he'll sacrifice himself either to weaken Madara or redivide the Jubi using some fatal variant of Banbutsu Sozo.

Great chapter, I loved how orochimaru helped tsunade and all, but what did he mean regarding sasuke...it looks like we'll be finding out soon. It also looks like karin and suigetsu along with orochimaru know sasukes plan. I wonder what suigetsu meant by karing having bite marks all over her even before sasuke...that may mean she has someone else...?

And man, sakura...its only a matter of time before her feelings come to full bloom, we're almost there, but it seems like sakura is hiding something...but what?

And naruto's inner rivalry against sasuke and sasuke's suspiciousness combined is ruining the team work...I feel like something bads gonna happen.

Alright cool, the kages are all heading towards the battlefield, yay none of them died!!! And tsunade's alright!!..for now..

Quick observation about Katsuyu...

 

 

By observing this part here, we can conclude two things.

There is only ONE SLUG! Named Katsuyu.

However, when summoned, even by two summoners, she sends a part at Sakura’s side for example and one at Tsunade’s one.

So imagine how HUGE Katsuyu actually is if only just a part of her was actually the size of a Bijuu [ we saw the summons being equal to Ichibi for example and since all of them seem aprox. the same size, we can conclude Katsuyu = Ichibi].

Now, imagine that was just a part of her, yet two bijuu sized Katsuyus were available on different spots.

So no, Sakura didn’t kill Tsunade by summoning Katsuyu and incoming Sage Mode by the way, as I already told people for a LOOOONG TIME.

Shikkotsu = Slug’s place!

Well before I go to sleep, I got to say, Kishi is really anit-SS, isn't he? My god, show mercy. Not even anime is in your level. Sai is definitely playing the emotion plot role for his team and Sakura is the victim to the lie. Well, looks like the downfall of the team has begun. I really want to know the reaction from Naruto and Kuruma with Sasuke doing it in a bad way. So renegade, Sasuke. I can see those darkness scars (Mass Effect reference).

Well, Katsuyu means split... So it goes actually within character, so to speak.
Whereas Snakes and Frogs are more, Katsuyu is just one but with her ability to split makes it equal, more or less to the numbers of the frogs/snakes.

Well, seems like NF gaining respect for Sakura for starting to leave Sasuke? Huh, interesting development.

 

Anyway, it does seem to be like once Sasuke does something bad, that's it, Sakura is done. Pretty much, she's at the very last peak and well, the reality is finally kicking her. Sad, but truth hurts. Ok, sleep time.
