Guys you need to consider this: READ THIS FOR FARKS SAKE

 

Sasuke tried to kill her twice. And I mean kill. Like really kill. Like chop up your body in pieces mercilessly kill.

Now he came to her defense. Her old teammate. She was shown to be apprehensive of him in the last chapter. Rightfully so. But now he is acting like part of the team again like he never left. One little "Sasuke-kun" is NOTHING compared to the past 2 years he's been gone. Even if she NEVER had a crush (replace the two of them with TenTen and Ino) on him she'd STILL probably be elated. Come on guys, don't freak out because two characters looked at each other.

Did you see that with the speed of which that thing was going and how she met it? I love how her stats have just shot up to ridiculously awesome levels. You can't run from her at this point, and if you get in range of her, prepared to end up soaring in the sky. LMAO! 

Yes. It's indisputable now. The top three fighters of the Rookies are standing right here for us to see:

 

 

Naruto, Sasuke, and Sakura are at the top. No one can deny it.

 

I still can't decide which panel of her is my favorite. When the Yin seal forms? When she punches the crap out of the clone? When she shouts, "Shannarou!", before completely annihilating the battle field? LOL. Those little black things caught up in her explosion are Juubi clones! Screw taking out a Zetsu in one punch. She just destroyed hundreds of Juubis with that fist!

 

I also really like the Team Seven interaction at the end. Sasuke and Naruto are at her back, and she's looking mighty powerful. She's so gorgeous!

Not going to lie, pairing wise we got slapped this chapter. I bet next 3-4 chapters will be Obito/Kakashi which will kill me inside. Definatly set her development back with her blushing

 

 

Getting slapped by this chapter was like saying "I got stung by a scorpion," when it just turns out to have been an ant.  

 

It's not even anything as big as....well, anything else that happened in this chapter....or other chapters....

I love this chapter, and Sakura got her Yin Seal.    What complete, utter destruction she unleashed! 

 

I do wonder if her seal will now be permanent, or if it will fade after the fight.

 

To anyone who got jumpy about pairings, relax.    All Sakura said was "Sasuke-kun" as he was first to land beside her, and it's nowhere near as big as 631 pairings-wise.  Also, don't forget the build-up over the entire freaking manga.

I think i'm the only one who didnt liked the chapter, i didnt liked how her power-up was portraited and the power-up itself(why she would want to become younger 4ever), and how the whole chapter was also portraitred, everyone wanting to become hokage and suddenly everything went to a comedic moment to a point that i cant split the story canon from a comic moment.

Byakuago prematurely ages you hence the age technique Tsunade uses. At least this is my understanding. Sakura won't have to worry about being prematurely aged. If anything this hints at Kishi planning to ship her with SOMEONE.

I really would not say that, remember unlike 615, 631 had the sakura Kushina stuff. Sakura acting like that, it's just very small, she was not focused entirely on him either, remember how it was naruto she gave the determination talk and stare down too.

Not really alarmed by this, this chapter was more about her progress as a ninja, not pairing stuff. Does this set us back, not really, how can our ship sink just because he says her name? Remember, Kishi still cannot just fill the void of all these years with Sasuke never showing interest in sakura, ns still is the same. Blush or not, it's not like sakura cannot change, she can. There is still a lot of ammo left for ns. Now more then ever I can sense the forehead stuff from naruto later on.

No.... that technique is what allows Tsunade to LOOK younger....  she's 50 something this old at this point and still looks like she's twenty....

I love the chapter, but something disappointed me a little.
 
Sakura as the power up we thought she will, it was obvious.
But she needed to be saved and i don't like it. It made here character look distrait.
I think Kishi did this only to give the opportunity to Sasuke to show that he will save her now instead of trying to kill her.
 
Kishi is showing team7 with exactly the same love triangle as before.
i find it bad writing because naruto, sasuke et sakura changed a lot while they were appart....
it's kinda ruins the manga development...
 
I saw some hints for SasuSaku too... oh god maybe he will really do it.....

I agree it would be nice if Sakura didn't need to be saved, but I think Kishimoto did that just to show Team Seven working together.

That is what I am waiting for, I'm certain that getting a scene like that will 100% prove NS canon!

Now what's the panic?.. about 15 hours ago everyone in the 631 thread said that SS is inevitable and we shouldn't worry, because Sakura needs her resolve with Sasuke. She wanted his acknowledgement since chapter 3, now it's the time for her to receive it. Man, the whole chapter is about Sakura getting acknowledged!

I see people complaining about return to part I, but that's the whole point! Team 7 together again, Naruto still loves Sakura (don't forget about me, Sakura-chan!) the only things that changed is that Sakura has finally caught up with her teammates, received acknowledgement from Sasuke (she wanted this from ch 3) and now she has to choose between 2 guys. That's when the build-up kicks in... it's all about Sakura growing (in regard to power as well as emotionally).

I think it has nothing to do with pairing her with someome she might stay single.

There needs to be a greater depiction of Sakura's abilities before we can categorize her in any specific tier. Currently she is obviously beginning to hone up as Tsunade's apprentice and that is a good thing.

I thought about that too but there is some vibes i don't like at all... kishimoto will disapoint us...

I think we can use Tsunade as a model of what she can do, if possibly magnified because of Sakura's younger age.  The only thing left is if Sakura can summon slugs or not.

This chapter was pretty amazing. Finally Sakura show that she can indeed be equal to both Naruto and Sasuke ( THE FEEL WHEN I READ PAGE 16 AND 17 )

Not only did she got acknowledge by Sasuke and Naruto but also by Hashirama as well.

 

as for the rest, I have a mix feeling. first when I read that Kiba wanted to be hokage as well but then got shot down pretty hard by shino, after Hinata said that EVERYONE want to be hokage...seriously I know that in the end it will be only Naruto vs Sasuke but seriously, it was bad enough that Sasuke copy Naruto in that sense ( altrough he has a different perspective, the result stay the same). Sakura I wasn't that shock, she only said it as a joke to Naruto ( and also maybe because now she really feel equal to both Naruto and Sasuke).

 

The Sasuke rescue, that kinda ruined a little Sakura's moment to me but not necessairly because it was a SS moment ( altrough she did show happiness after that save) but because she have to be saved. It's not the that big of a deal but it still bug me. However, on a positive note, it was great to see her calling the shots in the end, the back to back

 

As for Sasuke, I still feel uneasy about him, I don't know, something doesn't feel right. Maybe because I wish to see the spycho Sasuke again because seeing this Sasuke, with that little smile that acknowledge Sakura's power kinda and respond to Naruto as if nothing happend...I don't know, I just don't feel it.

 

Anyway, overall, excellent chapter because Sakura KICKASS!!!!!

I didn't mean to discourage anyone. :( I was just pointing it out...

Personally, I believe that moment was just to seemingly, and subtly, reestablish the Team 7 love triangle. But we all know how much Sakura has changed, so she (hopefully) won't become a fangirl again. Her priority is Naruto, like it has been for a long time now, and she's still got unresolved romantic feelings for him. That will have to be addressed sooner or later (probably when the bench scene comes up!)

I like this variant of Byakugou Sakura has! It seems more offensive based, enhancing her stats and whatnot. And since it's not a healing jutsu, her lifespan won't be shortened. I hope we get some flashbacks of her learning it, and telling us how it works and its purposes and all that...

I think I've come up with a semi-plausible way for Sasuke to actually have a chance at becoming Hokage, that would also give the most fan service to the most fans, have a battle royal where the entire leaf village fight for the position of Hokage.

 

With the "Konoha Battle Royal arc" we could see a s*** load of fights including the long anticipated Naruto-Sasuke fight.

 

They can even let Orochimaru join in and the previous Hokages can all watch the battle (commenting on what a bad idea this was) Tsunade included (Orochimaru can always use Black Zetsu to Edo her if she dosen't survive).
