I doubt she'll really show any signs of a crush. Her reaction to him arriving was the exact same as her reaction to the others, surprised and somewhat shocked. And that's good, the last thing we need is for this chapter to be killed by Sakura fangirling, which I doubt will ever happen again.

Doesn't mean too much to me, I have always been one to believe she will always call him Sasuke-kun, mainly out of habit. I even think when NaruSaku becomes canon Sakura will still call him Naruto and Hinata will still call Naruto, Naruto-Kun.
