Word! It's about time she got to fight! Hopefully side-by-side Naruto, like she said she would, and Minato.

There are SO many possibilities on what could happen. Of course, the best possibility would be Minato comparing Sakura to Kushina. How great would that be!? omg

Though I'd also be satisfied with, perhaps, Naruto calling Sakura "Sakura-chan" (maybe he'll be introducing her to Minato, I don't know) and Minato would have like, a knowing look on his face. Maybe even be like, "Oh, do you like her?" and have Naruto blush and react the way he did when Sai asked him. Maybe then we wouldn't have so many people obsessively denying the fact that Naruto loves Sakura — but there would still probably be some who don't want to believe it and insist he doesn't.

I don't want to speculate too much, cause I know I'll just end up disappointed, but it's so hard not to. Ugh, it's almost 2:30 AM and I really need to go to sleep... I've got an important exam tomorrow haha. The excitement will probably keep me up. CRAP.

Anyway, we're in the same boat on this matter. I'm constantly coming up with many possibilities that could happen based off of this one freakin chapter, and Minato was icing on the cake for me because he added more possibilities here. I don't know if he'll ask Naruto if he likes her, but I think he'll think about Kushina looking at her, and seeing their personal relationship. That'd be enough for me, though I wouldn't mind him doing a bit more. I think Sakura's gonna make a comment about it, or think about how happy Naruto is seeing his father.

I don't think he's gonna pull the rug from underneath our feet because this moment isn't like the moment in 615. And given how Naruto and Sakura are to one another, I can't see him trolling us in anyway especially considering what Sakura's just done.


I actually thought about what she said while running to the battlefield and how it relates to what she said then. They're all gonna fight no matter what.

I told you guys not to worry to much.
Hinata's dissapearing little by little and is taking place to NS and team 7 developpement. And by Team 7 I also include Kakashi, cause Minato has a role to play for him too, with Obito.
Love how Kishi showed us Minato, in front of Naruto & Sakura god damn. This is so epic, and makes me think of RTN.

A lot of people are talking about SS moments, but, come on, it has to happen, and in Naruto's presence.
Cause no SS moment means no logic for NS to be canon. We can't deny that Sakura loves Sasuke, and to move on, she has to face him.
Don't forget Karin's presence too. To me, she has more chances than Sakura right now.

It really is killing the entire scene.

The chapter was pretty good, glorious in comparison to previous recent ones, but really. That last page.

I agree though, because Kishi has called her "love" for Sasuke selfish on several occasions. One is where he answered questions as Kakashi, and the other time was obviously the Confession interview. Plus even if she still has feelings for him, how is she going to react when Karin is cozying up to Sasuke. Possible future RTN moment coming up.

I personally think it's a given that Sakura will get over Sasuke, maybe this volume?

I love how NH predicted that Minato would comment on Naruto and Hinata, and on the other side SS predicted that Sasuke would make a grand entrance by rescuing Sakura bridal style.

Both predictions completely demolished in favor of NS with Minato arriving in front of Naruto and Sakura, and the potential of him commenting on them.

Now, I'm sure we'll get a significant panel of Sakura reacting to Sasuke, but I'm sure that Naruto will get an even bigger panel to encountering him. Sasuke will probably focus most of his attention towards Naruto in the end.

I'm really loving Sakura's speech. It's the type of speech that only a woman who wants to see the man she loves become the Hokage would give. Seriously, if we could get a moment with Sakura saying how she believes that Naruto shall be the Hokage it would be amazing.

Well maybe he recognized him because of the kunai? Kushina told him a lot about Minato so that's from where Naruto probably got that.
Also Sakura definitely will have a reaction to that, didn't toy see the "!" when Minato arrived and Naruto said Dad?

Can't wait to see what's next for our girl! And this is definitely where it should of been for sure. LOVED how much Kishi utilized the pages. It felt like a nice read and it wasn't short at all. Loved how he broke down the chapter and we had a nice amount of the battle and the talk between Obito and Kakashi. A kittening + for sure!

That part was my favorite moment. It even outshines the NS in this chapter since personally, for me, Kakashi's development is much more important than NS. I guess this is the final development for him. I really liked how he "amended" Obito's rule. The outcome of this fight will pretty much clean out the skeletons in his closet. And for that, I'm happy for him.

When Kakashi said the last parts, I thought of the NS confession. Hopefully he'll be able to get him to realize what Sakura's true feelings for him are at the time of the confession.

It hasn't topped 615, or at the most it's equal. But that's ok since Sakura's development is still far from over given that she's Team 7. Hinata on the other hand is getting panels with only half her face. She's done.

^This. I'll also add more: What Hinata did was to inspire Naruto. Naruto is basically the heart of the alliance, even Madara noted that if they can break him, they can break the Alliance. And what's more, a heroine's role is to pull him up when he's down. But what Sakura did is equally impressive. She rallied everyone to stand by Naruto's side, and to not give up no matter what happens, exactly what Naruto's been doing all his life when faced with near impossible obstacles to clear. She was conveying Naruto's spirit to everyone.

Pretty good chapter. Yet again, the Obito and Kakashi stuff is the best stuff here, Obito caught in his mindset of "if you can have it and not know the difference, why not?" while Kakashi still believes in reality.

Agreed. I actually could care less about Sakura's moment because my focus on this whole arc was Kakashi.

Since Naruto is better attuned to sensing chakra, perhaps he was able to sense Minato's chakra before he came to the battlefield?

Maybe Kurama tipped him off?

Well, then considering that Naruto's beast chakra makes it look like he has flames I guess that makes him Charizard.

That's actually what I'm looking forward too most, and i wonder if Kishi will have Minato make a comparison between Sakura/Kushina. Good thing she's right there, and the setup couldn't be anymore perfect. Shall be interesting seeing how things pan out but regardless of what happens, I don't think we'll be disappointed given the awesome possibilities. I hope Sakura somehow finds out about Tsunade's condition and given Naruto can sense chakra, I wonder if he sensed Tsunade? It's possible she's not even dead yet.

Guys... I really don't mean to rain on anyone's parade, but can you guys keep the euphoria down?? sure, hoping for good things is not a bad thing. But it's another matter entirely when you're going all hysterical and euphoric and then start expecting things you don't know 100% sure will happen. I don't really blame you guys for acting like this, but still, shouldn't you guys know yourselves better??

The way things are going, we MAY get a NS moment. But don't go expecting it to happen next chapter. You can hope, but no expecting.

The way I see it, this is probably going to focus more on the father-son (familial) bond between Naruto and Minato, similar to RtN. Kishi seems to favor that more compared to the NS bond in that movie, so I believe that will be the main focus in the following chapters. After that, NS is likely to be the focus. The way I see it, the father-son bonding will probably act as a transition to NS.
