Pokemon X has Clauncher, Swirlix, Peroriimu (Swirlix's evolution) Xernea, Mega Mewtwo X and Mega Charizard X.

Pokemon Y has Skrelp, Spritzee, Furefuran (Spritzee's evolutions) Yvaltel, Mega Mewtwo Y and Mega Charizard Y.

That's all that's know so far.

Oh, now I'm being spoiled...

Mega Charizard X gets boosted Attack, Dragon as 2nd type and the ability Tough Claws which boosts the power of Physical moves.

Mega Charizard Y gets boosted Sp. Attack and the ability Drought, permanent sun to boost Fire attacks and instant Solarbeam.

It's a flip betwwen a Physical sweeper with few weaknesses (especially in a Sky Battle where Ground can't hit) or a Special sweeper with which to build a sun team around.

Also, if MCX is black in colour, what's a Shiny one gonna look like??  :wot:

@Jake - I would've thought Flying types would be immune to Spikes anyway since it's a Ground move, and how could that create the assumption that Stealth Rock wouldn't affect them anymore. Don't get me wrong, I'd love it if it was true (SR is overused), but as far as I'm aware Flying types are still weak to Rock moves.

Now, what really bothers me is why Rock is supereffective against Fire? I can understand Ground and Water, and Rock RESISTING Fire, but not the double damage.

The new Type chart states some new rules for certain types like,

Fire-Types can no longer be burned, Grass-Type are immune to Leech Seed, Powder and Spore moves, Electric Types can no longer be paralyzed, Ice-Types can no longer be Frozen, Poison-Types can no longer be Poisoned, Ghost-Types are immune to moves that prevent fleeing. Based on the general nature of  the wording of these rules it can be assumed that Flying-Type are immune to all entry hazards such as Spikes,  Toxic Spikes and Stealth Rock.

Oh boy, I was saving some money for something else but I really think I'm gonna buy a 3DS now. I've always liked Pokémon games and I just can't handle so much news coming out and don't be part of it.  :argh:

The problem is I know I'm gonna get addicted and I'm gonna play it like there's no tommorow.... But it can't be helped I guess. :P

Yeah it's pretty much the same story with me, and Now I've got my 3DS right here beside me.

You can find used 3DSs on Amazon for about $150, they have some for less but they do not have a charger, if you already have DS then that would be a viable option.

From what I understand though, wasn't Stealth Rock introduced BECAUSE Flying types (and Pokemon with Levitate) could naturally avoid the other entry hazard moves, which only hit grounded targets?

Still, considering several other types are being given buffs, I'd expect the flying type to have one as well. With all these developments, I could see Charizard soaring back up the ranks into either UU or OU.

I wouldn't know I stopped playing in Pokemon before I even finished Gold/Silver and I played a little Pokemon Colosseum as well as a bit of Emerald on Vizzed.

Yeah considering Stealth Rock is the post prevalent of the Entry Hazards moves it seems too over powered, at least without more moves that could remove them, right now all you have is Rapid Spin which the vast majority of the Pokemon that can learn it are already resistant to it.

Okay, I didn't know Mega Charizard X and Y are gonna have different status. Mega Charizard X as second type dragon type, seriously?

My question is that, will all Mega Evolvtion will be different status or is just me? Because just what I saw Mewtwo in different status types.

Well, in my opinition Rock is like relate to Ground type but more damage then Ground.

Every Mega Evolution has higher Stats, Mega Charizard X and Y have hight Attack, and Special Attack respectively, and you also have cases like Mega Garchomp where it gains Attack but loses Speed. And a we now have three Pokemon who's type changes after Mega Evolution, Mega Charizard X (Fire/Dragon), Mega Mewtwo X (Psychic/Fighting) and Mega Amphaross (Electric/Dragon) all other Mega Evolutions that have been reveled retain their typing (aside form Mega Kangaskhan which they haven't shown it's typing yet).

Can anyone confirm yet whether the supossed *LEAKED* final evolutions for the Kalos Starters are real.

I've seen several pics apparently of game footage, and I have to say, I'm really not liking the look of Chespin and Fennekin's final forms, nor the typing of Chespin and Froakie (Fennekin's is fine and it was strongly hinted anyway). So, I'm sort of hoping these are (very well done) fakes.

According to these pics:

Chespin's final form is "Chesnaught", a Grass/Fighting type...

Fennekin's final form is "Delphox", a Fire/Psychic type...

Froakie's final form is "Greninja", a Water/Dark type...

So, does anyone know for certain whether these are real?

Ionly ask because fakes are becoming more elaborate and believable. This pic apparently also shows Chespin's final form from the back, and was confirmed to be fake:

The way it's going though, I'd take this fake over Chesnaught...

News about the Kalos Pokedex.

The Kalso Pokedex contains 449 Pokemon from all six generations,

As some of you may know the Kalos Pokedex is split into 3 Pokedexs, the Central Kalos Pokedex, the Coastal Kalos Pokedex, and the Mountain Kalos Pokedex all with 150 Pokemon each (the later of the three has 149).

So lets look at the Pokedexs and see what we find

Central Kalos Pokedex
Coastal Kalos Pokedex
Mountain Kalos Pokedex

If you want to see the list for your self here it is: http://pokemondb.net/pokedex/game/x-y
