Wow... Sasuke is an "outstanding" person? Sakura is "deeply in love" with him? Whoa, I— I don't know what to think of this manga anymore...

She doesn't think that he's an outstanding person because she looks pretty down when thinking of him. And yeah, she still has it in her head that she's in love with him even though she's tried to deny it. I don't think that she'll be able to move on that until he comes back. All of Team 7 has changed, but both Naruto and Sakura seem to think that reuniting it will make things just the way that they were. It'll take the reunion for them to figure out otherwise.

There is already a spoilers thread inside the "Latest Releases".

Shouldn't this thread be deleted, or at least merged with the thread that is in the correct location?

Neji overrused his Byakugan, so there's Hinata thinking that she must be become stronger so Neji won't strain himself too much. Then Shino arrives saying that she should also take care of herself but then Hinata have the flashback of Naruto smiling and then she says that she can't because this battle is to protect Naruto.

It makes Sakura depressed because she really made a foolish choice in her old crush, and the memories of those feelings are especially painful because of how Sasuke turned out. It's a painful reminder of having a hopeless love, not a good memory for Sakura, it's not about loving Sasuke now. For Hinata, the guy she had a one sided crush on is still a hero- becoming more heroic actually, so love can fade into feeling proud of him and just wanting to protect him, and seeing him as kind of role model to aspire to, and happiness that the girl who he loved now loves him back. (She saw Sakura's romantic embrace of Naruto in front of the whole village, knew what it meant and was happy for Naruto- as anyone decent in that situation would be.)

It would be truly evil on the author's part, but I could see a flashback in the next chapter.
When fodder ninja talks about Sakura's guy being a good person, we still get the image of Sasuke, then a new panel where he is covered up by Sakura's vision of Naruto.

I am seriously pissed off now. After all the NS development, we get this? We just get a SS moment? I really hope Kishi's being a b*tch and is trolling us, or else I may consider stopping the mange/anime before it becomes too much for me.

I may sound like a crybaby now, stopping the manga because of a pairing, but I mean it. At the moment Naruto got boring for me, I came across the Sakura healing Naruto at the H&E Bridge, and that opened my eyes to NS. If it weren't for that chapter, I would still have been a SS shipper. Anyways, after reading that chapter(And soon watching that episode), I started thinking about NS and how much potential it had to become canon. After that, I became a NS fan and my interest for Naruto came back. It just started getting better, if Kishi really makes SS of it, I'm seriously gonna stop reading this, because this is just sad. Why make +500 chapters of NS development and then throw all those moments away with such a moment.

Pepole may say to me now that I should calm down and rethink everything, but I'll only calm down when I read the translation.

As for the NH moment, that was just Hinata thinking about Naruto like she always does, I don't consider that as a NH moment.

I do not think so. She just said to someone who loved someone else. The guy mentions this person she loves and she thinks about Sasuke. It is very clear that she loves Sasuke (or at least thinks she loves). In either case, the fact is that she not deserves Naruto.

This chapter may prove that the only reason Sakura has for still loving Sasuke is probably the bench scene she has acknowledge that he's no longer the same Sasuke from team seven and she feels ashamed of it. But like Naruto she's not giving up in saving him and the chance that he might return to that Sasuke from the bench but it was all just an illusion catsi could be right that Kishi is planning in giving the becnh scene some resolve.

Sakura looks pretty depressed at the thought of Sasuke ~ Great guy. She knows this guy is not great, this might actually lead her to question herself: Exactly what everyone else wants to know from her now "why the heck she still likes Sasuke?" when she can have the foddernin#143 Naruto?
This can be a positive development for NS, 'cause I am sure Sakura has been getting more and more romantic feelings for Naruto throughout part 2.
But yeah, Mr. Kishimoto drags this out any furthur, and I'm going to start shipping SakuraXZetsu.

Hello my friends, it's been too long since I've popped in to actually have a conversation pertaining to the events at hand. So, let's go ahead and get started.

Guys, we need to wait for the text to be translated by HissouBuraiKen, he understands how to phrase something we're clearly missing: the undertones that Kishimoto is placing in this scene. If the Chinese to English script that has been placed in the telegrams is even remotely close to what is being said in the original Japanese, then my friends, this is not at all a bad thing for us, or for Sakura. Actually, this is Kishimoto cleaning up his mess from the last arc. We all know Sakura still has feelings towards Sasuke, and she herself isn't sure what they are. The love letter fodder nin is actually a catalyst for hurling Sakura into a new stage of development. Sakura's reaction to when he says that the guy she loves must be a great guy, assuming that is the tone that is being conveyed, is actually bringing about some conviction to Sakura. She may love Sasuke, but she isn't an idiot, she doesn't like that she has feelings for him at this point. She is about to enter a development arc for herself, and this is when Kishimoto finally makes things crystal clear for her, giving her clarity and the ability to move on from her conflict from the last arc. This is where she will have to move forward from here. We had a similar conflict the past two years around this time, Kishimoto is trying to not only cause some mass confusion over what happens next, but it also trying to move things forward. It's nothing for us to worry about in the least.

I had the same gut reaction as everyone else when hearing the translations and just seeing the panels, but if you skip the context, you miss the entire point. In context, this is EXACTLY what we've been wanting to happen, for Sakura to move on from her feelings for Sasuke. People have said in the past that it has to be addressed, and so it is happening. I find it hilarious that despite people consistently saying this, we're all melting down. Sure, it's not at all how I would have dealt with it, but the fact of the matter is that Kishimoto has decided to leave Sakura's crush on Sasuke lingering on, and is ready to finish the job on it in order to grow Sakura in this near-final hour.

We'll talk more once the chapter is released, but I have a feeling that we'll actually find ourselves happier with this set of events than we are now. Use the context and muscle through the gag reflex that is acknowledging what Kishimoto has been telling us all along:Sakura's crush on Sasuke may be lingering, but she doesn't want it anymore.

Kishi made a mess with this whole love triangle. Also with the little Hina trying to get in all this. he truly does fail. If he wants SasuSaku I'm fine with that but the damn experience and way hes working up to SasuSaku or ANY of these pairings for crying out loud, has been miserable. I say that now because what occurred now makes everythinf seem crappy. I've loved the narusaku moments but this chapter really diminishes the significance in those moments for me. Ppl say that Sakura will eventually see how bad Sasuke is and then go to Naruto. But trust me... I love, love Narusaku and ppl who search here see that I really do... but I don't think Sakura is gonna turn around anymore. Naruto has loved sakura through all this heartbreak and whatnot, this kind of love also exists in everyday life, and loving someone never meant it would be a smooth road. Sakura has had a bumpy road with Sasuke, but that just means that their final and loving release will even be better and happier for the two of them...

I love Sakura, I love Naruto... I dislike Sasuke. I'm okay with Hinata, her timidness can be annoying, however, I hate how everything is gonna occur now because....

Hinata actually does deserve Naruto because her feelings have been straightforward and sincere since the beginning.

It's really "for better and for worse" for Sakura, isn't it?

She really amazes me, because the path she has chosen is really hard. I still love her, she is still an amazing girl and would always be, she's still my number 1 character in all this.

I blame Naruto for this - REALLY. If he really loved Sakura, he should have woo Sakura seriously - he NEVER did in the second part apart from one single date proposal, where on top of it he refused to pay. Instead, he still pushed Sakura in Sasuke's arms when he refused her confession. If Sakura STILL harbour feelings for Sasuke, I blame Naruto, because at least she had been willing to let go of Sasuke, but with Naruto's action following the confessions...she got hope again.

I suddenly see a different ending in all this - Sasuke dies, Sakura decides not to love anyone anymore and roams around the world like Tsunade did...and Naruto.........

excuse me we Know Sakura still loves Sasuke but i Have no reason to believe she doesn't have romantic feelings for Naruto (specially being the most developed pairing) while the other two are completely one sided. so it still has a hell of a chance. but that dosn't mean it NS have no flaws tho. they do.
once she finds out the bench scene she will have found her soulmate like Kushina.

Sakura has done more for Naruto then mostly anybody she is he person who saved him form the hell of loneliness.

Sakura is on her way to falling deeply in love with Naruto she may not know it yet but shes getting there but still confused. Sakuras love for Naruto is getting stronger and stronger after the 2nd reunion. we can see that in her actions.
