Ah the annual Kingdom Hearts 3 or Final Fantasy Vs 13 April Fools joke, where would we be without you.

Fun fact somewhat related to KH, the day it was announced Square would merge with Enix was April 1st 2003 and a lot of people assumed it was an April Fools joke.

Now I don't have any new info so don't get any hopes up on here people.

Anyways, a couple of weeks ago, my brother had finally gotten Birth by Sleep and both of us played it to the end. Gameplay-wise: I missed the actual original play because the command table did confuse me at first. I didn't like going back and forth to the pause menu to change attacks and magic commands, but I'd gladly accepted it as playing it through.

I absolutely LOVE the Command Board mini game. That mini-game definitely needs to deserve a come back in KH3. I also like the multiplayer options as well, which it does need for KH3 as well to give the game replayability. The Gummi Ship game was fine in the main games, but it needs to go away unless they give it multiplayer.

Story: While I get the main plot, some of it was definitely confusing. The whole Ventus/Vanitas split with Vanitas looking like Sora was more confusing. Then the whole Xehahort revived himself within Terra... he definitely wantred to go a Fountain of Youth route.

I actually liked Aqua overall in play style and abilities, though she did sounded bland in the beginning. (Her fights however, she kicked ass!)

So, the plot did solve some confusing BS that happened while playing/watching Dream Drop Distance since we have the game last year.

Now for the potential KH3, if SquareEnix ever finish that Final Fantasy game, here's a wishlist:

1) Hopefully some new worlds, (Princess and the Frog - to add Tiana as a new Princess of Heart; Tangled to have Rupunzel or Flynn as party members)
Mainly right behind those two:
- Jungle Book (was supposed to be in BbS, but was cut)
- Pocahontas (Might as well add her and that movie in)
- Brother Bear series
- Treasure Planet
- Atlantis
- A couple of Pixar movies (The Incredibles would be the best idea, imagine Sora and company dressed up as superheroes, helping out Mr. Incredible.)

And someone better pitch some ideas to get the cartoon series in here as well (Uh... Gargoyles, Darkwing Duck, Mighty Ducks, to name a few).

2) Since some worlds continued (Aladdin, Little Mermaid and Beauty and the Beast as examples) I hope Disney and Square will bring back:
- The Lion King (for the 2 section, hopefully add Kiara, Kovu and Zira)
- Tarzan (I wondered did Disney lost the copyrights)
- Lilo and Stitch

3) Going through the whole story for the FF characters, majority of them came from the ever popular 7. It will be nice to add some more from the other numbers (mainly the cast from 8 -Rinoa, Zell, Quistis- but NO for Ultimecia... if she manage to be in the plot, it WILL be stupid).4

4) More summons! (I heard Woody and Buzz was supposed to be in the series).

5) We can follow and play Riku and Kairi.

6) The multiplayer options and mini-games from BbS returning.

Nomura said that Ven's personality was influenced by Sora (as evidenced by the flashback, Ven used to be a lot more timid) and Van's appearance was influenced by Sora. Before Ven connected his heart to Sora at the beginning of the game, Van had no face.

Aqua is one of my fav KH characters ever. I hope someone saves her soon! Her VA definitely improved throughout the game. (Terra's... not so much...) And Aqua.... she's always nearly dominating me on the command board... always...

The hell?! That's like saying: "I don't like how Pooh and his friends are protrayed in the game". (If many doesn't understand, Disney isn't the official creators of Winnie the Pooh. They were created by A.A. Milne, Walt Disney and his team held the copyrights of the series).

I had a funny feeling they might continue the Little Mermaid, and I bet they will continue Cinderella (Because she received new sequels a couple of years ago). Hell, Tinker Bell might get central focus because now everyone are into fairies.

And yes, I hope in 3, Sora and/or Riku will go back to the Realm of Darkness and meet Aqua so she will get saved.

It's not so much that the estate of Edgar Rice Burroughs hated Tarzan in KH though they may have, its just simply that Disney don't own the sole rights to produce works based on Tarzan like I believe they do with Winnie the Pooh, they were just licensing the rights to produce works based on Tarzan in the late 90s early 2000s and when the time period that they had the rights expired they could no longer produce anymore work. That period ended during the development of Chain of Memories, early screenshots for the game show Tarzan so it was planned to be in at the start.

Though I believe there is some animosity between E.R Burroughs estate and Disney though I would wager that would have more to do with Disney wishing to have with Tarzan what they have with Winnie the Pooh and the estate not wanting that. Disney can still re-release the Tarzan films etc they just can't make any new works based on it, its why Tarzan is never mentioned in KH again and the flashbacks in KH2 completely skip it because they are considered new work.

No real disagreement from me. Its actually Jungle Books second time being cut, it was planned to be in 1 as well but it and Tarzan were too similar in look so they had to choose between them and in BBS I guess they chose Neverland, so its high time Jungle Book is in, but if it does Pocahontas and Brother Bear may be a bit redundant in look, I've never had much of a connection to Treasure Planet but it looks cool and YES to Atlantis, Princess and the Frog and Tangled.

I love The Incredibles and Square Enix have mentioned wanting to add Pixar but I think we all know if they had to choose it would probably be Toy Story, you are right about Woody and Buzz being planned and cut as summons.

I would add Wreck it Ralph though it may be a bit too recent and Meet the Robinsons (I think its incredibly underrated).

Lion King is one of my favourite Disney films but honestly I think its representation in KH2 is really disappointing, if they added it just so they could make it better then yes, otherwise I'd rather they leave it. Lilo and Stitch really does deserve some representation and a world based off of the 1st 10 minutes of the film doesn't cut it.

A few years ago I thought Cecil from 4 would be great for the series because of the whole Dark and Light aspect of his character but now I'm kind of over the FF characters, its what I appreciated about Dream Drop Distance that it used the characters from The World Ends With You instead.

Agreed. I feel the bulk of the gameplay should focus on Sora, Donald and Goofy but Dream Drop Distance shows how important Riku is and he needs to be playable again (3D is virtually his game anyway) and I've always felt Kairi would make a great prologue character like how Roxas was in 2.

I also really like Aqua and would love her to be playable again but if you deviated from the core 3 it would just be too much, Mickey, Aqua, Terra, Ven, Roxas, Xion, Lea is just too many playable characters, use them for multiplayer along with the villains.

Aqua is also my favorite character I love playing as her she's the best in offensive magic. She's still alive and she will appear in KH3 along with Terra remember the prophecy at the end of dream drop distance.

I can understand your disappointment on LK, but I think Square did a good job on it since they focused on the second part of the movie. And actually they really want to added The Lion King before in the first game (I believed I heard before the Kingdom Hearts series begun, Tetsuya Nomura wanted to create a Lion King game because that was his favorite Disney movie).

Meet the Robinsons is one of my FAVORITE movies EVER. God, I love it so much. I don't have the DVD with me and the online versions suck. I wish I could watch it again.

I would love it if they added that to KH. I can see Sora helping out Wilbur out or something. XD

I know Aqua's still alive, she's got terrible luck. So many people have been in and out of the dark realm and no one has come across her yet. She looked so exhausted when she met up with Ansem the Wise.

I love Sokai and I was sadly disappointed when Sora was more emotinal when he saw Riku :/ Maybe we will see more Sokai in KH3
