There will be ranting in this blog, so beware.

Yesterday was fun. My best friend and I went to the French Quarter to eat lunch and shop, and let me tell you, it was fun. I didn't end up buying anything, but I ended the whole shopping trip with a Caramel Machiatto from Starbucks. YUUUUM~

Afterwards, we went to her house to take a walk, then YouTube. Discovered that I loved videos of gay guys high on drugs. For some reason.

Today....

It's rant time.

After I came home from church, my 12-year-old sister baked cookies. Distracted by playing Wii Party, she accidentally burnt them a little. They ended up tasting fine, but when my older brother saw the burnt cookies, well.... this is basically what he said.

"You burnt the cookies?! Look at this! Look at this! This is crap! I'm not gonna eat these! No one is gonna eat these! Crap!"

He friggin made her cry. HE MADE A LITTLE GIRL CRY OVER (SLIGHTLY) BURNT COOKIES. Who does that?! I mean, really?!

I then went and ate one of her cookies and told her how good they were. Because you know what? They were.

In other news, tomorrow I'm starting a juice fast, which means that for 21 days, I won't be consuming any solid food, just fruit and vegetable juices. Wish me luck!

Being sick SUCKS. I had the flu for a couple of days... then was able to go to school yesterday. HOWEVER...today I have a terrible cough. Everytime I stand up, I start coughing so hard that I gag. PLUS since I'm recovering from the flu, everytime I cough, my head, throat, and chest throbs with pain....

It sucks.

I feel for you, Kona. Being sick DOES suck. Worse if you usually never got sick since once you do, chances are it will be quite severe.
