TORRENT: Episode 25 Series FINALE
Well its been quite a ride for this series and its finally come to a conclusion. You always get that weird strange feeling when a series you've followed comes to an end. I'll have to put my finals thoughts into a review.
TAIGA UPPERCUT!

This was a great series. Especially that scene with Taiga and Ryuuji and...... I'm not spoiling it for you guys.
It was cute at the ending too. It was worth watching.

The episode itself is the reason why this show has become one of my favorite shows of all time!

Unlike other people here, im not sad it's over, because it wraped itself up quite nicely.

You mean Kanou Sumire right? Yeah, from the looks of things he's going to follow her.
Minori will probably continue softball
Ami will probably keep modeling
and it's quite obvious what our Tiger and Dragon are going to do.

i meant to add my hancock in this thread as well after seeing the finale but i was too EMO to do so D:
Though fortunately I'm almost over the fact that a totes sick anime like this is over and i'm well enough to comment on it
I WOULD MAKE LOVE TO THIS ANIME'S EXISTENCE IF I COULD
...is what I thought after basking in the glow of the wrap-up between the two at the very end! But now I'm just waiting to rewatch it with one of my friends that wants to ditch reading it
Aaaanyway, so worth the watch! I have three... four more couples to add to my gigantic shipping wheel of luurrrve!
Gigg-i-tay~

I think that Toradora is a lesser version of Lovely Complex (same EXACT premise) which had better chemistry between the leads, better comedic and dramatic moments, more consistent writing (the characters' appearance continued to have a lasting impact throughout the series) and the ending was a lot more satisfying.
Actually on that now, anyone think that there was a lot of wasted potential with the whole premise. I mean besides the first episode, did they ever deal with Takasu supposedly "scary" delinquent-like face?

LOL this actually reminds me of a pic i found--
XD but anyway, I'm really not seeing the LovelyCom similarities between the two. Eh though, it may just be me not having seen it in forever.
And that was the whole point-- this whole show is a contradiction. Every important lead in this show had, in someway or another, a mask or facade in which to either hide behind or try to get past during the show's duration. Ryuuji's Yakuza looking face was something to constantly remind us that yeah, even though he's a sweet guy, he'll always forever have his face to get past-- or hide behind >u>
Kinda like the salt in his vanilla right?
it's actually a wonder as to why you're not asking about Taiga and her "Palmtop Tiger" mask XD Or Ami's "gorgeous model" and Minorin's "air-head genki" masks.
