Doctor Who -- "Into the Dalek"
This is another Dalek morality episode and centers around the Doctor trying to prove that there's no such thing as a good Dalek by shrinking down and entering it's body to try and help diagnose the problem. It's done much better in the "Dalek" episode during 9's run. Much better. Especially the issue of the Doctor's hate and how he is similar to a Dalek in some ways.
Danny Pink is introduced in this. He's a soldier with PTSS and ... le sigh... a romantic interest for Clara. Honestly I was hoping they would move away from any romantic plot for anyone. Men and women can function without a need to hook up with someone... guh. And if he joins the TARDIS crew that's gonna suck.
Also, the Doctor doesn't like soldiers so that'll be interesting.
Missy continues to be interesting. She exists in a place she calls "heaven" and "promise land" and the Doctor is an atheist. It'll be an interesting juxtaposition when they finally meet (meet again?).
I'd give this episode a 2.5 out of 5.
Anyone else catch it?
Also, from just the titles of the episode does anyone have one that they're looking forward to the most? For me it might be Mummy on the Orient Express. It just sounds fun and is clearly a spoof on 'Murder on the Orient Express'.
