Yeah, NK seems really eager to prove themselves as a Military Superpower.... Seriously, everyone knows it, seems they don't.

But they are a military superpower. They have nukes. Period. That's it.

....Looks like I am going to war. You , me and the rest of you guys who are inscribed in a military program or fashion of it.

Sadly , we have two options , only two , considering the UN being a joke. ( WHICH WE DISCUSSED THIS. )

A) Going to war.
B) NK chickens out. Which I don't think it'll happen.

Unless...we bomb them first. That's awfully ...well...awful. From our part. But then again. It's either us or them. This no longer became a discussion thread, now it's just a place where we can speak together and about what might happen in the future and hoping that no of us gets dragged into this.

I'm cynical, to the point of saying, not to keep your hopes up. But I'm nice enough to know that I'm usually wrong...Usually.

All of our posts from now on are going to be if's, maybe's and probably's. No certainty.

I asked my father (who is a part of Homeland Security for the Coast Guard) about the situation and North Korea's threats are seen as empty and hollow amongst U.S. security. They'd know if North Korea did anything before they even pushed the button themselves.

The real issue is for the U.S. to not upset relations with China, so they'll be the deciding factor in what plays out.

lol, North Korea is suspect behind recent cyber attacks against US and South Korean government and banking sites. Really guys? North Korea and technology is like saying military intelligence, it just doesn't work. These guys, technology wise, are 20 years behind.

Mah, just disrupted the sites, no actual damage.

Without doubt, North Korean technology can't do much. They've only recently perfected their own missile system.

I guess the security around the country really doesn't allow new stuff in or out, so they've basically screwed themselves. North Korean hackers can't read much code, I assume. :teehee:

Although their missiles still worry me. hm.png

Hunh. I hadn't heard this. Usually whenever I hear anything about cyber attacks being attempted and failed it's usually China.

That's because they recently banned WoW gold purchasing! :cookie:

I kid. Yeah, its usually the Chinese. But I guess the hackers are all dedicated to World of Warcraft, leaving no time for hacking. |:|

In that case, I recind my distaste for WoW! Keep it going Blizzard! You must distract them with orcs and other nonsense.

I'm not worried about NK irregardless.

...Silly americans and your strange fetish for bullets! :cookie:

I don't think this has ever happened to me before, but I think for the first time, the news of someone having cancer strikes me as good news. So the old geezer has pancreatic cancer, does he... well, I guess it won't be too long before we get to see if his son is as crazy as his father. Well Kim, I guess that's what you get for messing around with nukes./dark humour

It's rarely a good thing to wish such pain upon someone, but this guy is really giving it his best, trying to get that very effect from people. Now, if we mix him with Robert Mugabe, then we'll have a lovely mix of evil!
