Having watched the redskins so many times because Im an eagles fan, I can tell you the only people who score fantasy points on that team is Cooley and Portis. Moss never does ish.

Hahaha Jwolf as always your breakdowns are fantastic! laugh.gif

Have you seen the NHL thread and the fantasy hockey league Zat has set up?

Haven't really read the NHL thread since the playoffs were over, and I've never done Fantasy Hockey before. I'll take a look-see though.

Good ol'fashioned Monday Night showdown.

Down by 4 with Romo and Deangelo vs. Crayton, Folk and Witten.

Either hoping Dallas gets shutout and Deangelo goes wild or Roy Williams becomes Romo's favorite target.

Do not fret.

Once, I was leading my opponent by 1 point going into Monday Night. I had zero players left and he had his kicker. The kicker's team got shutout on Monday Night.

Before we begin with Week 4 previews, the results of the game between The Generals and the Gama Warriors has been changed from a 2 point Gama victory to a tie. I guess that makes the Gama Warriors the recipient of the Week 3 "Kick To The Groin" Award.

Kick To The Groin Award "Winners:" (I'll have to find a crappy photoshop pic for this Award somewhere)

Week 2: Bailoutpackage4lyfe (Illmatic)
Week 3: Gama Warriors (Nee-sama)

On to the previews! Remember, lines based on the rosters used at the time of this writing and are subject to change without notice. All opinions expressed herein are the sole property of Jwolf0, unless you think they suck. In that case, they're True's opinions.

0-3 Scorehappy3 (Anewhope2) at 2-1 Zatties! (Zatren6) (Matchup)
Zatties! favored by 14.

-Consider that Scorehappy hasn't changed their defense out yet, (Philly's on bye) and that makes this a much closer matchup. The two opposing QBs (Cutler for Scorehappy, Brees for Zatties!) are projected to get a lot of points, but there isn't much help anywhere else. I'm going to say that McGahee and his old-man knees manage to sneak a TD in against the Pats and Scorehappy claims their first win.

1-2 Konoha Shinobi (Sir Whirly) at 2-1 Rochester Bulls (fullmetalninjaEd/CPU) (Matchup)
Konoha Shinobi favored by 2.

-Despite having Westbrook (bye) in the lineup, the FullAutoNinjas are only a 2-point dog. I guess going up against the CPU is a good time to have your starting QB and RB1 on bye. The Niners defense preying on the Lambs and Ed's inattention will pace the Shinobi to a .500 record.
Also, mea culpa: Looks like the Niners' D was worth a draft pick.

1-1-1 The Generals (Nuclear Raven) at 1-2 True Miracles (True) (Matchup)
The Generals favored by 10.

-True got off the slide, pulling VICTOLY! from the jaws of defeat. Nuclear Raven got to kiss his sister and liked it.* Will True continue his winning ways? Shaking the Magic 8-ball reveals 'All signs point to No.' Peyton Manning and Reggie Wayne are drooling at the thought of facing a banged up Seattle D that's missing 2 members of the secondary, Clinton Portis got hit with the "Old Before Your Time" stick repeatedly, and I'm not sold on Denver's D.

On the bright side, at least True's quarterback hasn't lost to Justin Timberlake at Table Tennis. Man, is that embarrassing!

1-2 Knuckleheaded Ninjas (Mik3) at 1-2 Bailoutpackage4lyfe (Illmatic) (Matchup)
Bailoutpackage4lyfe favored by 3.

-I just can't see this being as close as projected. Whoever wins this is going to win big, because there's a LOT of boom/bust players in this matchup. I have to give this to Illmatic - Brandon Jacobs will run over the Chefs, and Cedric Benson is a better option than Joseph Addai.
And I just got a queasy feeling in my stomach from typing the Cedric Benson portion of that last sentence. You know that part in "The Lion King" where the hyenas are making each other shiver by saying, "Mufasa?" Replace "Mufasa" with "Cedric Benson" and you get the general idea.

2-1 Tokyo Raiders (roninmedia) at 1-1-1 Gama Warriors (Nee-sama) (Matchup)
Gama Warriors favored by 2.

-The '72 Dolphins didn't even have time to break out the Champagne. Now Da Raidazs face a tough matchup in the Warriors, who aren't very happy over Week 3. Coinflip time here, but I'll go with the Warriors in a close one. Kevin Smith playing an early game will help immensely, as there's time to make a change if he is a game-time scratch.

3-0 Sparky McRandomsons (Jwolf0) at 2-1 Dark Adepts (Burning_Wulf) (Matchup)
Sparky McRandomsons favored by 25.

-First of all, ignore that line above. The Adepts have two starting players on bye, and a Bench QB on IR. I expect those holes to be filled Saturday. That said, Burning_Wulf has no Bench WR playing this week so he'll have to pull someone off the Waiver Wire. This won't be a dominating performance by Team Longname, but a steady game should be enough for the correctly spelled Wolf to win this one.

*That old saying about how a tie is like kissing your sister? Yeah.

I don't where you lost your two points. Maybe an interception got taken away from the Seattle D or something? In the past, I've seen announcements if a scoring mistake was made, but I didn't catch any this time around.

Yahoo sometimes messes up and looks like they re-tallied it. Im not sure what it was exactly, but most likely seattle got a turnover that got challenged or something.

I'm still trying to figure out how the Hell I tied last week. I mean I was down my two points at the end of the Monday Night game. Oh well so long as it's not a mark in the L column.
