At least they don't hate Sakura anymore. They are neutral towards her even complimenting her abilities.

I don't think love is something you deserve.

And I don't think that's what Kishimoto is trying to say in Naruto.

 

 

A good exemple of it is the Yamato speech :

It's not what you do what' important, it's how strongly you feel about the person you love that counts.

 

When you look at it closer, Naruto and Sakura don't understand it yet :

 

Sai : Did you tell her how you feel?

Naruto : How can I? I can't even keep my promises...

 

Sakura : He must be a fool to fall in love with someone like me... (the correct translation is something like that)

Sakura : I'm the one who caused him the most pain. (that's why she thinks she doesn't deserve Naruto's love, because she thinks she's an horrible person for causing him so much pain)

 

You see what I'm talking about?

Those two only thinking about what they can do or what they did when talking about love.

But this isn't what meant Kishi using Yamato to explain his point of view about love...

 

It's not about deserving something, it's about how strongly you feel about it.

In this panel, Sasuke uses Genjutsu to force a Cloud ninja to reveal B's location. Look closely at the Sharingan eye being used. It is clearly his Mangekyo eye and as Kakashi will attest to, Mangekyo genjutsu is far above average. The other thing to consider is that eye contact is not a requirement when performing genjutsu. As demonstrated by Itachi when he fought Team 7 during the rescue Gaara arc, genjutsu can be performed by simply staring at one's finger. Kabuto as well did not require eye contact to affect an entire crowd of people.

But having been affected by Itachi's power and trying to prevent Itachi from controlling his mind, if this is a genjutsu why would Naruto simply allow it. Bear in mind that this also means disabling his healing factor as no fox chakra=no advanced healing. As for the seal, not only was it weakening but Kurama has been exuding chakra to Naruto since day one, allowing him to perform the shadow clone technique despite being at a young age as well as the healing factor. According to Jiraiya, to stop genjutsu one must be able to disrupt their own chakra flow either themselves or by the intervention of another. This means that Kurama should have been able to naturally disrupt Naruto's flow as he has already been recieving chakra from Kurama.

And yet Itachi was able to put him under genjutsu and then stuck a raven in his mouth. Naruto stinks at genjutsu, in all forms. Like I have already proven above, It doesn't take eye contact to place an enemy under genjutsu, only the enemy's contact with a certain part of the body, say the fist for example. Besides, look at all of the previous fights. How many times have we seen two enemies lock eyes together while at high speed movement. For example, Danzo who you would think would be smart enough having all those sharingan eyes made that mistake and paid for it dearly. Naruto is not that smart. He doesn't know how to fight without eye to eye contact like guy, and even if he attacks with clones Sasuke will know which clone is the real one with his basic sharingan. Besides, what do you think Naruto is going to do when he fights Sasuke? Nuke him with a Tailed Beast Bomb? Nah, he's gonna take a deep breath. Look right into Sasuke's eyes, put his hand on his shoulder and say Ahem

 

Naruto:Sasuke, it's okay that you murdered Danzo, assaulted the Kage, nearly killed Sakura, Kakashi, and myself, tortured Cloud shinobi, attacked a fellow Jinchurriki who became my mentor, killed a deep cover agent who happened to be your brother, deserted the village that trusted you than sided with the enemy but than changed your mind. As for the Chidori while I prefer the practical route, I think that Sasuke would prefer to remove Kurama first rather then kill both Naruto and Kurama. That seems to be the route Kishi is taking at this point with his character. Don't forget that Sasuke has already rammed a chidori through Naruto which failed to kill him bc of the Nine-tailed fox, which means that in order to kill Naruto he would have to cut him off from Kurama.

I see I take it you have more than one. They are probably not goanna like that :-) . I take it your mum noticed the high chance of NaruSaku right away.

So as I have been busy for the past few days, I saw the recent stuff,

 

NH and SS had a war? Wow if an allaince like that crumbles, something doesn't look right.

 

The real culprits to all this is well, 635, not 631 as many would say.

 

Its just Sakura saying she doesnt trust Sasuke, well that really is a huge issue for not only SS but also NH. If SS crumbles, if Sakura isnt loving Sasuke (for whatever abmysal reasons could be provided) its meaning that, Sakura is not hinged on him anymore, perhaps her feelings can be pointing towards another boy she has been with a long time. 631 is a huge huge issue for NH cause Naruto still liking the prospect of Sakura as his GF, not to mention Minato bringing the Kushina stuff, well thats a real threat.

 

Volume 66 could possibly just be the biggest bane to NH and SS with 631 and 635 respectively.

 

I mean I saw how some people said NS died already at 632 (how the heck does this make sense?) Did they immediately ignore what occurs 3 chapters later? The whole "Sakura's words sound sincere but that smile is false!" No apparently the land of iron with the attempted killings is more like a ritual mating dance the male Uchiha and his lover must do to show their devotion towards each other with a display of violent tendencies to make it look like they must kill each other and the ritual for this dance requires another powerful opponent to die.

 

Literally, I think we can sum up the chapters 615, 628, 631, 632, and 635 as a navel war like this:

Back in 510 or so, MinaKushi leaves a message from canon island, its going to come eventually and strike hard, NS and Nh respectively think its on their side while saying the other is doomed.

 

In 615, NH unleashes a huge huge barrage of cruiser missiles out of nowhere, no knowledge of these developed events come forward. NS and SS had no knowledge of any of this stuff coming forth, there was no intel left forward to hint this could come. They target all the NS ships and just let it fire like crazy. They unleash an entire armadas worth of missile salvos. Once the fire has ceased, they are cheering in all the smoke. In the midst of this, many NS fans panicked and jumped off, a small portion caught in the smoke, SS is just waiting as it did not involve them. The rest of the NS team waits for the smoke to clear. After around 3 weeks, the smoke of the fan fire dies down and clears up, the NH ships see the smoke clear but see hardly any damage on NS, they fired everything in a big moment but it turns out, they missed NS clearly by a longshot, they didnt have their fire spot on and instead the thing they celebrated was short lived and in the process, all neji ships have been sunk. NH succeeded in killing all Neji ships, many of its own allies. NS now had time to wait.

 

After the fire of 615 did nothing expect killed off the entire Neji fleets, 627 came up, SS was rumored but encountered a small skirmish with SasuKarin ships. The aspect of Uchihas finding love and the apology to Karin were the cause of a short lived battle off the flashback of hashirama and madara. There was some intense fighting but SS had to go back to their NH allies and SK went to other places not striking for a while.

 

628-630, NS and NH each prepare another load on each other, NS backed up by sakura healing naruto and her giving a speech to the alliance. NH has a defensive setup from Hinata leading a group of shinobi to protect naruto. Then just as the guns prepare to fire around at the end of 630, a noise is seen in the air, The MinaKushi planes are in the air and their hatches open preparring to unleash something terrible. NS and NH brace themselves as the planes head in front of NS.

 

Zero hour 631: On May 22nd 2013, The MinaKushi planes arrive and NS is right under them but when it seems like they expect to get bombed, something amazing happens the MinaKushi planes come to the NS ships but say this: Asking about the NS relation, gets a chuckle out of it, and then says Sakura reminds us of Kushina, Sakura has been compared to Kushina they all see, by Minato himself. The NS fleet cannot believe what it is hearing, the MinaKushi planes arrived to help them? Its true the following was a grand disaster: The NH ships and SS ships react in confusion, thinking they won in 615, the war isnt over yet but the MinaKushi ships drop the bombs, the flying thunder god explosives nail many ships, the MK canon army isnt on their side, the result is devistating, the NH ships scatter, the main fleet following the Kushina message is no more, many new divisions of views on this emerge, all that is known is the NH fandom seeks hope from some other sources or that the MInaKushi ships change their support for later. SS manages to sneak in the fight though but it doesnt go much anywhere. The battle was won for NS here but the war was not over, after such a strike at 615, NS has gained one thing for the first in a long time, hope with MinaKushi on its side now.

 

632: The devistation from 631 is still fresh a week later, the NS fleet pulls ahead, but SS and NH open fire, the results they hit on the NS dont do much though, insults are thrown over Sakura having dirt or blush but it doesnt do anything. Many say NS died with Narutos reaction to Sakuras new power yet NS is alive. The return fire from NH and SS this week was the equivalent of throwing rocks at a tank, doing nothing.

 

633 and 635: NH seeks to find hope in hinata pulling up her actions from 615 with the hand holding, that her actions will merit something big yet she only gains a movitation boost to do a 64 palms while Sakura summons katsuyu. 635 strikes SS hard, it appears that something is wrong, Sakura isnt trusting Sasuke, all the support is shaking. With half of their essential following threatened, Sakura not trusting Sasuke puts this ship in intense danger, SS begins to panic.

 

Current status:

NS is green, its been okay since 631 came in nothing has changed Narutos feelings or the fact that Sakura is the only girl like Kushina so far holding the foreshadow for NS is a major advantage.

 

NH is yellow, it has been unable to act and so divided since 631, many have taken to yelling "NH canon moment" or "undermines NS 631" at any chance they see it to their view, such as minato seeing naruto like kushina, they say this outdid 631 yet it hasnt helped them in anyway nor changed the fact Sakura is still the only girl like kushina shown so far and Hinata is still not compared to any of the paretns. Others say the parallels do not matter and are a joke. Many issues still in here though.

 

SS is red, its been sinking, Sakura not trusting and Sasuke never changing so far, well its not really a good sign.

 

In all truth, I had to write this like a naval war, seriously its shipping for a reason.

Oh yeah, I remember now. Lol. Wow, it's amazing how NS made a huge comeback. It was the best of times.

 

@inferno180: That's one way to put it in a storyline, though personally I see either 631 or 635 as a battle won that ultimately led to that infamous Hitler scene that you see in YouTube today. In other words, once you lose one main fleet, the rest will be inevitable. Basically, NS is clear as day to me.
