It's not exactly news because it was over a week ago, but I just had a niece on September 15. Her name is Synnöve. So I went up to visit over the weekend. It was a nice time to visit anyway. wink.gif

Everybody says that she's such a cute baby. I'm a bit biased, but I'm pretty sure it's not just because you're obligated to say that about a baby.

It's my sister's second baby and I was allowed to hold this one a lot more. I think that my other relatives got a bit of it out of their system. And I also got to hang out with the first one (Elvis), taking him to breakfast one day and hiking on another. Well, I hiked. He rode on my shoulders.

First off hand, New Jersey and some parts of the Northeast never EVER get snow around October. So now, we're in a middle in a snow storm and the tree branches are falling over all over Northern NJ.

This one happened to be in my driveway:



At least no one hasn't been hurt.
