Apparently Evil posted a picture of Itachi poking Sakura in the forehead, but pointed out it was because she couldn't find one with Sasuke in it. It's essentially Sasuke's way of saying sorry, I beleive it's Kishi way of showing how Sasuke knows he's screwed up, struggles with words so goes for the forehead poke his brother always did when he apoligised.

Evil posted a picture of Itachi poking Sakura in the forehead in response to a person that posted fanart of Sasuke poking sakura on the forehead. This is a really suspicious thing.
