Guys we shouldn't deny it... It just doesn't look good. However we can say that Sakura can't imagine herself being with Sasuke as he is now, so eventually she will have to move on once she realIzes he isn't budging.

 

I wasn't denying anything per se, I just had a misunderstanding is all. I still doubt that this story will end with NH/SS though. But now I'm off to go read that link of yours.

 

Edit: Just finished reading the post. It's just a SasuSaku fan condescendingly talking down to the NaruSaku fandom. I get the argument, but that OP is way to confident in his/her chances of victory. Plus I'm not sold on the idea of Sasuke being interested in her.

I don't think so either XD Those pairings are just too underdeveloped. Narusaku is there we just need to get past the rock which is sakuras feelings for sasuke. I think they will be dealt with in the last chapter.

For the last time, didn't someone confirm that Sakura doesn't want to be with Sasuke but rather save him because she cares about him as a friend? The fan translations gave off the impression that she still has romantic feelings for him despite the fact that the raw scans had Sasuke reject and question Sakura's feelings while Kakashi denied that Sakura still loved him in a romantic way.

 

Or am I just missing something here? Ever since chapter 693 came out, many of you have lost confidence in this ship all because of a few screwed up translations from what I understand. NaruSaku will happen eventually, it's just gonna take some time before it happens. So can we at least try to be patient until that moment arrives? Then we can bring out all the food and drugs we want and get kittenfaced over our victory. Or drown our sorrows if we lose, but the likelihood of that happening is pretty low. Whatever the outcome is, lets just wait until we get a definitive moment the screams canon for one ship or another and whatever happens happens.

 

Now on to the topic of the film. So are we getting a new trailer on the 18th of November or not? I've heard someone mention that earlier in this thread but I'm not sure if that was a rumor or legitimate information. Also when will the conference with the Voice Actors take place? Perhaps we could get a tiny bit of new info from whatever they have to say about the film.

Dude I was strictly speaking about the scenario from that talle being played in this manga not that that was the case  , bc in that talle Tsuyu was speaking about romantic love for that guy Renge  and it remained as such  it wasn't cleared up   . The ending was open  with her still having romantic feelings for Renge and being more emphasized of how much she loves him  but in the end moving toward Naruto (from that story) .

 

Now imagine this being the case in Naruto the manga  , its the  most BS writing ever   and would make Naruto the biggest idiot ever  if we go by the scenario from that story  bc the Girl ends up with MC but still having unresolved romantic feelings for the other guy do you consider this good  if NS turn to go like that talle ? Personally it disgust me to no end and I don't understand how can people like scenario or consider it good.

 

With this being said 693 remains ambiguous in therms of whether Sakura meant I love you in romantic way or not  , and I hope and lean more toward that she meant it in T7 matter otherwise NS as written is kittened up so bad  .

And Kakashi said "ai suru/ai kittene" that is not platonic love. As I said before, Sasuke and Sakura do not share any family bond so don't compare it to Kushina or Itachi's words. Chapter 540 and the color page of chapter 686 are now clear. 

T7  love is platonic one which what was Sakura begging for and wants  for T7 to stay together so that word can be puted in into a platonic nature in here , Sakura's reasons are no different then Naruto's when it comes to saving him  at best its ambiguous until we have the clear picture of the end .

Sakura still loves Sasuke, but it doesn't bother me since it's standard situation in love triangles.

I think she also loves Naruto and will probably do the sensible choice when the time comes.

Sorry, I don't want to bash you, but I can say "I'm realistic," if I want. The reason why I said it is because well, why you let others tell you what to think. I can easily counter it with my own interpretation, but does it make me right? No. Does it make that person? No. Why? Because we don't know the follow up. The thing is one love is real while the other is not  in that kind of situations  and the true/real one prevails  unless its a shoujo but this is shounen . 

 

If Kishimoto make NS in the end but meant in 693 to emphasize the kitten of Sakura's ridiculous love and make it the strongest kitten ever and all of that doing it in front of Naruto's eyes then its the most disgusting kitten ever . Then what is the meaning of NS becoming canon then ? It would just be there on paper and unbelievable  if its done like that .  You either have to make the case that Sakura never loved Sasuke the real him and only an image of him in order to save it even a bit .  Things are ambiguous now  with 693 so only the follow up will tell us what is what actually and make a conclusion from there .

One way that could be worked out is that after the fight, Naruto and Sakura could have an intense heart to heart talk that can be somewhat argumentative. Add a few freudian slips and will have Naruto know about the CPR and Sakura know about the bench. Sakura feeling useless decides she wants to train to get stronger so she and Tsunade go off on a journey to learn all kinds of cool kitten related to her skill set (Slug Sage Mode, Genjutsu, Cherry Blossom Attacks, MOAR Medical Ninjutsu, etc.) while Naruto stays behind at the village to train as well. This will give both Naruto and Sakura the time they need to sort out whatever issues they may have internally before they actually start having a serious relationship. Kakashi becomes the Sixth Hokage and starts grooming Naruto for the life of a politician. Fast forward to the start of "The Last" where it's beginning is just like that of Part 2. They both fall in love all over again by the beginning or middle or end of the movie.

 

It can either happen or not happen, but I'm just gonna wait until the very end.

I agree that sasuke doesn't have interest in Sakura and that Sasusaku won't happen (op wasn't arguing that cause it's not her point). but that doesn't change the fact that this person is right in regards to sakuras feelings. She's correct in saying that Sakura still loves sasuke romantically. The Japanese text proves it and has a very strong argument there.

Can't really call it as a strong argument. Don't buy it. I'm not even being biased. I see different pov and I can see all of that, no one should be claimed as a winner. Again, what ruined it is Sasuke's thoughts after Kakashi finished explaining. Sasuke lived too much in the past that he doesn't know what's changed until he sees it for himself. He still believe he's going to win with flying color against Naruto and his ideas are perfect. The point is while he wants to look into the future, he's not truly acknowledging the past.

But you know, you should all wait and stop saying one person is right already. Just wait. Is that ok?

Either way I expect Sakura to eventually move on because yea she's not trying to be with him anyway. Sasuke isn't interested so SasuSaku just can't happen.

Here we go, chapter 383 or in my book Chapter of Kishi saying "See, NS is still there, just hibernating".
So Naruto gets attacked and Hinata instantly reacts.

But Sakura knows Naruto much better and believes in him much more, so

And then Naruto re-emerges just as Sakura said - in full glory. But Hinata wasn't even capable to listen to Sakura's words of truth.
