I am not entirely sure when this rumor of the NH and SS divorce came about wouldn't that piss off a lot more fans of this series than satisfied them? He should have ended with Naruto becoming a Hokage and with his teammates by his side a bit of an open ending but at least it would have been a better ending. Then have the new generation of ninjas be the ones that were inspired to become ninjas by either Sakura, Sasuke, or Naruto. That could have worked without this whole child of prophecy bs he gave us in the pain arc.

Honestly I agree if a child is the only reason a couple is together it's better to get a divorce because I have seen too many Invesgation Discovery channel shows with that background.

Apparently, A LOT of NH and SS are going nuts because some rumor of a divorce is going to happen and they are attacking NS fans or something. I don't see it, but people have told me about it.

PLEASE, PLEASE... please this is clearly SP false propaganda/advertising. As much as i really wants it to happen, this is clearly a false rumor SP spreading among the fans to lure back the lost fans. Correct me if im wrong but, Japan is in Top 5 of the most populated country in the world, so if the tickets for the Boruto movie only sells 3000 throughout the entire Japan then that spells DOOM for SP and Kishi. So expect to see a lot of false rumor like "This is Infinite Tsukuyomi, Naruto gonna died, theres gonna be divorce" or whatever kitten from the other fans.

Yeah, this is just rumor meant to spike interest. Just like Karin was never going to be Sarada's mother, NH and/or SS will never divorce. I just can't imagine a plot like that being addressed in something like Naruto.

Yeah I also could not imagine a plotline like getting a divorce be implemented in Naruto so I say it's a false rumor to spike interest in this movie. However, this is going to happen a lot if the rumor that pre sale tickets weren't that good in making them a profit.

I just skimmed through the discussion, Is this mini-series suppose to make people support SS? Since the impact seems to be the other way around... :) It's still unhealthy as ever. I'm not sure what's more sad to comprehend: the fact that young people in SS fandom thought SS is beautiful, or the fact that an author with family plus a capable team behind were thinking that this is a role model family young people should look up to...

 

The whole "bond is more than blood" was also meant for nothing, it seems... Yikes, now I'm pretty certain everything are not planned to begin with. That's why there's so many plot holes and unbelievable story line. It seems patched and forced. Speaking of which, what is the morale of the story then? What can we learn from the heroes journey? (apart from what *not* to do when younger people grows up and becomes parents themselves).

 

Why do we need Naruto's presence in this story again? What role did he play, apart from being a cheerleader? Where's the new heroine --Hinata and her children? I thought this was supposed to be an opening for the next movie? Will the story be continued in the movie or there's no connection at all?

 

And Kishimoto decided to stop writing about Naruto after the mini-series ended? Hmm.. why does it sound like his editors didn't give him the green light to continue? Frankly, it sounds more like "our plan didn't really work out, so we need to stop now before we cause more damages and loose more money..."

 

I mean, come on, he literally sacrificed everything he built for the past 15 years just for the sake of the New Era project to come alive, and now he call it a quit? (on top of that he burnt the bridges with majority of his loyal fans financing him in the past decade plus... *misleading* us and making us look stupid, the stake was too high just to come up with *one* volume of mini-series isnt it?). Didn't he just said in the interview a while back that the Gaiden story needs a long way to conclude? (not sure if it's legit or not though...)

 

To me, it's clear that this mini-series has made the characters lost their novelty, sympathy and fun. It only makes the whole conclusion even worse...and when the author didn't tell the truth about certain things in his story-telling, it became his Achilles Heel.

 

He told us in the interview that SS was planned since the start, and yet, he admitted that he don't know how they got to each other... It seems so forced. Everything happened off-panel and the readers are being told, instead of shown... Sasuke becomes father who spent more than half of his lifetime not present for his family? Was there any sense of responsibility coming from him? Because I heard Sakura chased him down while she's carrying? (potentially endangering her life plus the life she carries). Again, what's the morale behind the journey?

 

He also mentioned that Hinata is the new heroine and NH was meant to be. Yet, Hinata is still as irrelevant as ever. Not only her, but also her kids.. :) You put Hinata and Bolt out of the equation, and you won't miss anything from the story (apart from Naruto missing his bento). With or without them, the story in the mini-series still goes on... They didn't add value to it. Only dead weight.

 

I personally think NH and SS fandom are being tricked. Read through all those manga panels that he drew, you'd only have two "kisses" (Naruto + Sasuke accidental kiss and Sakura + Naruto CPR), few hugs and tons of build up and positive development, in which none of them involved the canon pairing. What they got in the end? Naruto being a neglectful father, Sasuke were literally never there the whole time. Sakura was disgraceful as a woman and Hinata still not relevant to Naruto.

 

After the ending, Kishimoto had the chance to show to the world what he meant by making them canon in a believable way, yet he choose *not* to show it.

 

And for all those rumors and issues spreading around (silly divorce rumors, low pre-order ticket sales, etc), please ignore them or take them with a grain of salt. It's coming from the author and the SP to get ex-fans riled up. I've burnt enough money for this series to learn that we were just a laughing stock to them. They just want your attention... it's really not worth it, trust me.

 

Heck even from the start of the Gaiden, all of us here at NS fandom already accepted that Sarada is Sakura's daughter. No one's really buy into the mama-drama. Nobody asked for it. Yet, they spent most of the chapters to discuss that thing, which in the end becomes pointless. What's the goal? That's right, to get ex-fans attention, to reclaim the attention they've lost...

 

Give it a break Kishi & SP, you're the one burning the bridge... We're *not* coming back...

Yeah I think its fake as well I just wish there was a way we could tell fans in Japne so they know not to fall for this kitten, I mean this is showing how bad SP are right now if they are the ones he gave it lol ho how sad they are. They need they money why so they can Make Hinata look good in new episodes after all the love her and well we all know what they do as the draw her.

 

Oh it feels good soon Naruto will die and only SS and NH will be the ones to cry hell like James said some NH and SS fans have became NS fans.

I still remember those rumor about Bolt is NS kid and Sarada is SK daughter, i still remember rumor about SP gonna release NS poster after the Last movie airing, i still remember that gaiden rumor that "Naruto the seventh Hokage and the SCARLET MOON" that gonna about Infinite Tsukuyomi. Just enough.... PLEASE SP ENOUGH, enough with false rumor you intentionally spread just for money. Stop with the new generation, stop the new era project ... you destroy enough already , let this series died and be remembered as a manga that has has potential that was great once and you butchered and torn it to piece at the end for the sake of money and popularity. Don't destroy it any further.

this is the comment that a fan sasunaru made on 2ch and some people are using as "proof" for this rumor 

the page "Uzumaki x Haruno = Shinachiku/ Orenji" (which i think it's just a troll) said this was a spoiler or something but what the guy said is just "They got married in the Last, so this time’s movie should have them get a divorce.” It’s just a comment, not a prediction or a rumour or a spoiler or anything."
