It's in the way that you interpret it. It will sound different for everyone. To you it may obviously have romantic undertones, but not to me. I can hear the sincerity in her voice, but it doesn't necessarily sound romantic. Anyway, all you have to do is compare Sakura's voice to Kushina's voice and you'll know right away that it's Kushina. They sounds completely different.

Oddly enough, wouldn't they still go for NS because of how it's being portrayed in media in the first place? Yes, characters' popularity applies but not really on pairings. Imagine if top 10 is all guys. Does that mean SN will happen? Honestly, I don't think they have that much power in this, repeat this, timeline. They only can suggest and advice but you don't have to say, "Well, fans like them, so be it." Hell, even editors would tell them to not follow them or else it won't be your manga anymore. Plus, he's giving us a backstory that in someway, we don't need it. Why he's doing it? He loves it, that's why. He loves the universe he created. Editors would have told him to cut the BS, but if that's not the case, then that means they really don't have anything to say, especially with Kishi. Again, he has said this in recent interviews that he knows the main plot points. The challenge is how he get there. Honestly, side characters are the "how to get there" part. At times, when we go to important piece of the manga, Naruto always felt like he ignored on what just happen and move to the main plot point. He sure didn't say, "Hey, where's Hinata?" in Pain arc. I hope you get what I mean. Until then, I'm not buying it.


I must be only on this one. No need to agree with me, everyone. It's an opinion. When I read Naruto, I always read in a neutral guy. After done reading, I go back and reread to see anything I miss or analyze it deeper. Sometimes I think people has their shipping goggles for like forever. I'm not saying you are, but some read it and one moment are boost by 200%. For example, if Naruto points at Hinata to guys to let them she's there, that's like a pairing moment all the sudden. Honestly, that's how I felt for 615. My main excuse and honestly, it's a legit one, is that evey moments need a follow up and/or surroundings to set the mood. 616 really hurts it.

There are 2 types of editors as far as I can see. One is the type that actually cares about the story and overall quality. And the other just cares about the ratings. The second type is the one I'm worried about. The second types usually just watch the trends in the ratings. If, for example, a chapter that features a particular character gets high ratings almost every time, these type of editors will usually pressure the mangaka to fanservice his/her character regardless of how important he/she is.

Ive listened to sakuras voice and for me its obviously her sound when shes talking calmed.

Well Karin is in love with him, and I don't see Kishimoto wasting an Uzumaki female, espacially when he made her in love with an Uchiha.
That is not a coincidence. SasuKarin is to me the greatest message of peace, Senju lineage paired with the Uchiha lineage.
We also know that she's hiding a secret if we pay attention what Suigetsu said : I know what you did a long time ago to Sasuke.
She always in love with in, she's somewhat Naruto's only real family member, she's hiding an important secret to Sasuke, she seems to love him more than we think (fell in love not because of his strenght and body, but cause of his smile)...
I think SasuKarin has a lot of chances. And Sasuke doesn't seem to be uninterested when he's not mad, he seems to care about her, we saw it against Killer Bee, he didn't listened to Juugo advice, he stayed to save Karin, only Karin...

That's why I'm still in the fence on that. I like the idea behind it and all, especially how some would suggest that the newborn can negate the mental issues. That said I can't be so sure yet since well, I need to see the reunion goes down. Then I'll reconsider.

Well, until we see the end of battle, I don't buy it. The problem is people really made it sound like the arc ended and NH closed it. It didn't. All I can say is wait until we're back to the battle. Also, how 617 helped? I don't want to argue, but I will just say this: that volume consisted side characters' shining moments. That's why it's slow paced. That's why side characters got all the attention while Naruto get some but more of acknowledging friends, which is still side characters' shining moments. Hinata can't fight for crap, so best thing to help Naruto with his arm. It's not like Naruto and Hinata looked each other and talk about that hand holding. What? A person can't help anyone without being a lover first. I'm not mad at you. Trust me. It's just I'm really sick of it. I hope NS moment happen very soon. This is physically painful...

Sakura and Kushina have somewhat the same voice, but in this game, it leans more toward Kushina's. Kushina's voice have a higher tone than Sakura's.

I wish i could agree with it but more SS = more Sakura bashing and we are all hoping for her to get over, and she is slowly getting over, if SS happens what will be the purpose of 540?

I just hope kishi is aware of this the least she need is more bashing so instead of giving her an heroine moment on the battle i'll show her still loving Sasuke just to get bashed again like 540?

Well to be honest, I do think next SS is the resolution of her character with Sasuke, so she can accept him and move on. That's my take. Honestly, after the last arc, I think it's all Naruto and Sasuke again. It seems like Kishi wanted to make Sakura rethink of her feelings as well as give more trust to Naruto from Kakashi as he knows how Sarutobi felt when dealing with a criminal student. Now, it's all on them again.

No it's not there's a difference why show her doign the contrast of what should be, there will be a reason to dislike her character, how can you be possible to still love the man who tried to kill you two times, what lowered this effect is that she looked bad at this love and then you do a SS moment that undo the effect of 540.
What do you think it will happen?
More bashing and more people will start disliking her it's not a matter of haters gonna hate i dont care about this i care about the story overall, why show her having bad thought about this love to only show in later chapters the opposite thought of 540.
540 should be the point that she is starting to get over of those feelings that scene must have a meaning.

I liked Sakura way more than actually i was on 10/10 540 made me go down to 8/10.
There's no logic on this i do agree with a SS scene but would be better to reinforce 540 and show her moving on once more or completely remove those feelings to not reinforce saying that she still loves Sasuke and wont get over it, and then in the end do a 180 and suddenly loves Naruto.

For anyone interested Dαrkrєrsŧ posted a while ago the japanese version of the Storm 3 ending in the game thread. The voice at the end is definitely Kushina's.
