I think we'll all feel a wave of relief. Our confidence in NaruSaku has been shaken more than once since the start of this war arc, so having a confirmation that the pairing is still standing will make us all feel a lot more settled than we have been as of late.
Though I do hope that we act appropriately if NaruSaku is given a moment in the manga. I don't want to see our fandom stoop to the same levels that others have. We all need to keep in mind how 540 & 615 initially made us feel and how upsetting it was dealing with other fans throwing those moments in our face all day. I believe that this fandom can hold its head up high without inflating it with air.
Nice comments on my question. It's funny how outside of manga, they seemed cool that NS is still good to go whenever Kishi makes the call. Is there something we miss? It feels like a scenario of Liar Game. Anyway, I believe that people needs a manga proof to nail the coffin, because people are making this belief that NS is dead. Here's the thing, didn't people said this a while back, only to see Sai figured out Naruto loves Sakura and didn't deny it at all, rather embarrass because, aren't we all when our secret exposed. Now, it's like we need to confirm it again.
But honestly, when you really thinking about it, if NS moment does happen, it will be a crushing defeat. Why? Think about it. Hinata got a physical touch and helped Naruto, hand holding (regardless the intention, just give them some fire), and now, apparently people thinks it's canon. It's like a game where one player has all the gems to win but then the other player plays a trump card and all of that goes to that player now. If you ask me, this is building up to an ultimate troll. You thought the confession was bad, get ready for the worst among worst. Nevertheless, we do need a moment and the battle finally got to the important piece of it. We'll see what happens next.
Good point there , i think that if a NS moment happear in future chapters we should be happy for ourselfs, that our chipping is finnaly canon , and not happy because we can laught of others fans that prefer NaruHina or SasuSaku. They like there pairs as much as we like NaruSaku.
But even then , if NaruSaku is finally canon one day i will be very happy
I must admit, as much as I would be happy, I can't help but feel like one day I will go trolling mode but I won't. So instead, as you read my old message, I'm only giving them a final warning. It's the least I can do.

Well lets just hope the editors dont decide to hijack one of the top ranking mangas form the author to make NH/SS canon and destroy the whole story therefore loosing a kittenload of money. I mersoanly have started buying all the manga and if they do that i will stop at some point.

Oddly enough, wouldn't they still go for NS because of how it's being portrayed in media in the first place? Yes, characters' popularity applies but not really on pairings. Imagine if top 10 is all guys. Does that mean SN will happen? Honestly, I don't think they have that much power in this, repeat this, timeline. They only can suggest and advice but you don't have to say, "Well, fans like them, so be it." Hell, even editors would tell them to not follow them or else it won't be your manga anymore. Plus, he's giving us a backstory that in someway, we don't need it. Why he's doing it? He loves it, that's why. He loves the universe he created. Editors would have told him to cut the BS, but if that's not the case, then that means they really don't have anything to say, especially with Kishi. Again, he has said this in recent interviews that he knows the main plot points. The challenge is how he get there. Honestly, side characters are the "how to get there" part. At times, when we go to important piece of the manga, Naruto always felt like he ignored on what just happen and move to the main plot point. He sure didn't say, "Hey, where's Hinata?" in Pain arc. I hope you get what I mean. Until then, I'm not buying it.
Btw, that would actually pleases me more than her fading away, like many side characters in past mangas.

Relieved no, because it is already obvious to me that NH is dead. If she never would say that (stop chasing after you) I would be like the most of the fans, I would see a NH coming at 99%.
Hinata's fans aren't being trolled, Kishi already gave them the answer.
If they will feel trolled in the end, it's just their fault for not paying attention what Hinata said before joining the battlefield.
Interesting, but I don't mind this at all. I didn't know you considered Sasuke getting paired a possibility. I'm undetermined because it's hard for me to say since well, I wouldn't say it's vague, but I feel like there's a plan. I don't know what is but I have to wait and see.

I remember everyone saying that NS was 100% or 99% just to 615 come and scream that NH was canon.
Therefore i dont see NH dead because Sakura hasnt get over Sasuke and Hinata is there trying to be more for Naruto, for me Kishi just raised the drama to the ending.
His asspuls and inconsistences make seem that i do not have faith on him my rate is 70% for NS and 30% for asspulls.
I must be only on this one. No need to agree with me, everyone. It's an opinion. When I read Naruto, I always read in a neutral guy. After done reading, I go back and reread to see anything I miss or analyze it deeper. Sometimes I think people has their shipping goggles for like forever. I'm not saying you are, but some read it and one moment are boost by 200%. For example, if Naruto points at Hinata to guys to let them she's there, that's like a pairing moment all the sudden. Honestly, that's how I felt for 615. My main excuse and honestly, it's a legit one, is that evey moments need a follow up and/or surroundings to set the mood. 616 really hurts it.
Honestly, I don't really see that much of inconsistencies or asspulls of a character's characteristic. What I mean is that their intentions/feelings will always remain true while their battles or at times emotions can be random. It's like fillers, you can say all you want about Hinata, but your status remains the same. That's why I think I'm alone in this, but that's fine. I'm still neutral with it and nothing has told me, "game over."
