Kishimoto sucks at developing characters, sucks even more when these characters are female
Sakura begs to differ, since before the mess of 699, she was developed NICELY from how she was.

Imagine if Naruto chooses Hinata over pity, and she tries to talking to him. Ultimately he distances himself from his family to do whatever the hell he feels like is right to him, and maybe having Bolt and Himawari was Naruto's way of "I'll let her have kids with me, but I won't care about them that much."
If Naruto is that depressed in life even though he's become Hokage, then it's saying something. I don't wanna get anyones hope up, but imagine if he still loves Sakura even though he married Hinata. That would just be something.

Me too.
Its just booooooring.
No chemistry. No understanding of each other.
Just a little girl swarming to her "Rockstar Naruto" - And a Boy who has no idea that he'll be forced to hove his "Fan" back because bananas ....
lol me to but it really make me mad when I always hear the same phrase ....naruto-kun

I wouldn't call trying to use Naruto's feelings against him nice development. Nor putting herself and her team in jeopardy for Sasuke's sake. Yes, she really was TOO obsessed with Sasuke, a lot of her decisions concerned him above anyone else (add to that the sad fact that she offered to leave the village with him yet again... like she doesn't even have a family).
Overall, she is one of the more badly developed heroines I've seen so far.

Well who is to Blame for that.......
Naruto, if he had just said it was him that was disguised as Sasuke then it would have been all over long ago

I guess... Early shippuden sakura was nice, but she got shafted a lot towards the mid point of the series.Sakura begs to differ, since before the mess of 699, she was developed NICELY from how she was.

There's a certain level of awful for which characters can't be blamed.
The ending is entirely on Kishimoto.
He wrote a terrible ending with random terrible pairings that send all the wrong messages, and in the end he's left very few satisfied, and many more angry, upset and betrayed - even if they never cared about the pairings.
I don't blame fans for demanding closure, and after 15 years, I believe it is owed to them. I hope the Japanese fanbase never stops asking, never stops badgering, never forgets, and never give up - like Naruto used to - and keep trying and trying until Kishimoto gives us a straight answer why NaruSaku never happened when the entire manga was building up towards it.

No...the one to blame is kishimoto
As i said he isn't good at developing characters.
A good example is Obito, his whole downfall was kind of sh*tty, i understand that he loved Rin dearly... But to change your whole view of the world because of that? Didn't he had a family? didn't he had a dream to become Hokage?
well I think his family was dead as well as it said he had no parents like Naruto.

It was. Obito grew up without knowing his parents too like Naruto, though he had people who cared for him since he wasn't a Jinchuriki like Naruto, yet he wanted to be able to be noticed, just the same as Naruto, which led him to strive to become Hokage.

There's definitely some level of understanding of each other, it's just boring as hell. There's so many people in this fandom that have such a poor taste in pairings.
naruto and Hinata are connected through their Nindos, and nothing else.
She does not know anything about him, nor does he know anything about her.
You could assume that they're probably understand each other because they both were lonley in different ways during their childhood - but there is no proov of that. Its just a wild guess and it it never adressed in the manga.

Nothing some crappy flashback can't "fix". He does have "something to tell" her concerning that, after all.

FOR REAL??
I'm from PH too, and its kinda sad that i don't have the strength to support it.
If only it didn't turn out this way... that would be an awesome Christmas.. i remember i was planning to watch RTN (they also aired that here) and i am so willing to give all my money on it but sadly my father passed away during that time so i couldn't watch it in the theaters.
and now that i think i could finally go see a Naruto movie on the big screen... this... anomaly happened.
Most of the people here in the Phil are also NH and SS shipper like i was before.
Instead of excitement all i feel is despair lol it feels like i'm doing a danganronpa reference..
now i see Hinata as the Ultimate Despair lol
I just have like 3 people i knew personally that likes NS.
Someone is already inviting me to go watch it like a date.... but he is a big NH no slash that HINATA fan..
ugh i won't feel anything remotely romantic about that. i can prolly wait for him outside the theater as i eat some burritos and salad lol scratch that .
As a Naruto (manga) fan, I feel really sad that i can't even be excited about this movie.
But if you, my NS buddies would like me to get some info about it...
I am ready to sacrifice myself as a tribute lol
Yes, for real. It will be air in our country on Dec. 17.
We also have friends who are adult boys around 25 above of age and they preferrably Naruto with Sakura. They are non-shippers but they said the ending chapter was terribly wrong.
We also have friends below 21 of age and most of them are NaruHina/Sasusaku fans.
I also read comments and blog from Japan that they prefer Naruto with Hinata because they don't want to see Sakura yelling the Hokage. And some they like Naruto with Sakura and they were disappointed too.
I just wished Himawari and Sarada were kids from the Infinite Tsukuyomi who failed to go back to that dream world. Just like AU from RTN. I didn't see bolt with his mother in Manga. He just said "Moooom, I'm hoooommme... Tell auntie Ino that my stomach is hurting.". of all people why Ino? And Himawari saying.. "Next time, we can come together with big brother". Aren't they close? Well, that is just my theory. That's why half of myself wants me to watch the movie to find out everything and half of it says no... but it's better to wait for the fan summaries of the movie. Although I had a feeling that movie is gonna break Narusaku fans' heart. Seeing the trailer is bad so the movie might be worst. I'm gonna miss Naruto and Sakura's interaction. RTN will be my most fave Naruto the movie and the most logic Naruto movie of all including Naruto OVA UT.

Key word he said to you was before 698. Unless you count the land of Iron. But we all know that she wasn't serious. It's ok for her to feel something about Sasuke. CHeck how Naruto feel about him. Problem is that during the war, Sasuke threat her like kitten all the time, then they ended up together.
Sakura never intended to use NAruto. It's clearly demonstrate in part 1, when NAruto comeback and failed the 1st time. In shippuden, watch her reaction when Sai told her that Naruto loved her. And whatever promise she made with him back them hurt him. The whole confession at the land of Iron was an attempt to tried to liff the burden from Naruto shoulder. So much for using him, if you ask me. And NAruto clearly state that he do it for her but also for him since Sasuke was his first bond.
She did put herself in jeopardy but it was for the cuz, even Kakashi and Naruto has done it time to time. She got some great development during the war. Fighthing side by side with Naruto and Sasuke. Mastering the byakou seal at 16 ( Tsunade must have develop it when she was like 40-50 since Orochimaru never see it) She saved Naruto life (CPR is medical, but it's the only time that we see something from the real world as a medical procedure. That's why I took it as symbolism, by that I mean lips contact, make his heart work and desperate promise of not letting him die and defend his dream. She shows the feeling she's not aware of)
She had development, plus you see that she see Sasuke in a different light too. The whole point of the guy with that love letter, she doesn't trust him when he arrived, he threat her like jerk and she realise it. 693 was her trying to appeal to his humanity, since she know that she can take him, she now has an idea of his skills, compare to the land of Iron, especially since poison won't work on him, showing that she learned from past mistake. ALL AND ALL, she had development and a good one. The ending just kill her for no reason, so his Sasuke(less but still) and Naruto

I don't care what the reason was, you DON'T do a fake confession. You just don't, especially in front of a freaking crowd. A NORMAL person would ask Naruto to have a private talk with him and discuss the issue (but I guess Naruto and Sakura acting like normal people was too boring for Kishimoto. Instead, he thought a fake confession and hyperventilation right after, effectively making both characters look pathetic, would spice things up).
