Yoruichi could never be a slut. She's too awesome for that. Plus, Shunko destroys most of her clothes, and I'm sure she's going to use it before this is over, so it makes sense to come to the fight already dressed properly.

Aizen hasn't even gone bankai yet. Just how broken can he become. And the Hougyoku not being what causes the form that is in between shinigami and hollow what's Kubo going to do with that theme since it is very central to Ichigo's character. In this manifestation Aizen has, what part of his desire is it expressing? Can't be simply to be just all out powerful. Need to understand what underlying desire does he really have.

You know, with how things have been going, I'm actually wondering if Bleach might be coming to an end sometime soon. If not...

For some reason, the Gates of Hell just randomly popped into my head when I was thinking about Bleach. I wonder if we'll ever see them again.

Since 'Hell' is supposedly where the hollows of people go who were too wicked to go with everyone else.

I don't recall if 'Hueco Mundo' was supposed to be 'Hell'... but on another note, there haven't been any confirmed Vasto Lordes yet either, are there? Only strong Adjuchas.

I doubt bleach is almost over, especially since Kubo mentioned at least one long arc and a mini arc in the future. Just look at how long the arrancar arc is? was? I can't tell if it is over yet XD;;

But yeah, it'd be cool if they talked more about Hell and the Kings Realm as two possible directions the story could go. Hueco Mundo isn't supposed to be Hell, it is just sort of the opposite of Soul Society; a domain for hollow to live.

As far as VL level hollow, we can only speculate if any of the Espada were actually at that level or not. We only know for sure that Grimmjow was an adjuchas and that Starrk, Nnoitra, Neliel, Szayel and maybe Barragan were all natural arrancar. I sort of think if there were 10 more Segunda Etapa Ulquiorra's around SS would be done for. But who knows?

If Kubo does continue the story further, it would likely have the King's Realm and Hell as the opposing forces this time. Though taking into consideration we still don't know Aizen's overall motive, or his 'desire' as it were... maybe he just wants to become the supreme ruler of everything in existence? He sure seems arrogant enough to try. That means we'd have the next potential story arc too. Maybe there will still be those arcs that you mentioned.

A mini arc after this one where Ichigo goes with Isshin to the King's Realm, and he learns to harness his 'mixed' heritage power. It has been a while since we've seen Zangetsu, after all.

If I had to guess, I'd say that the King's Realm is above 'Seireitei', and it would be the ultimate irony if the Captains there were called 'Angels', ya know? Then below Hueco Mundo is Hell, and that's where the Vasto Lordes are... perhaps 'Devils'. Hohoho, guessing games can be fun.


Kings Realm > Soul Society > Earth < Hueco Mundo < Hell

Ascended Souls > Recovered Souls > Plus Souls < Lost Souls < Damned Souls

Or something like that.

Yeah I hope Kubo shows the King's Realm and Hell, needs some Royal Guard awesomeness. I'm still hoping Isshin was a former member of the Royal Guard, since no one in the Gotei remembers him being a captain. We also got so many people that have yet to even reveal their bankai's and Yoruichi hasn't even used her zan yet so I'm really excited to see that.

If any of the Espada's were classified as Vasto Lorde I would definitely have to say Baraggan was,with only his own power capable of killing himself. I would also think Ichigo's H2 form could be of Vasto Lorde level also.

The biggest hollow being menos class, which are skyscraper sized but are the weakest. Vasto Lordes should be the smallest class but the strongest. Most of the Espada had more humanoid releases as well; I would even say Nnoitra and Grimmjow were all the right size technically with Barragan looking less humanoid though still a smaller size.

So we're thinking/lead to believe that the top for are only "Vasto Lordes" strength by being natural arrancar. Not Vasto Lordes that become arrancar for grins and chuckles. Oh well. I was thinking maybe at least Stark was since his back story flashback had him create Lilinette so he wouldn't alone. Well maybe Kudo will surprise us at some point.

Yeah, my point being that we don't have enough information on Vasto Lordes to safely even try to guess if we have even seen one yet or not XD I mean, human-sized and really strong doesn't really give us a clear picture...that's just all we know about them.

It's completely awesome. Super Hollow Ichigo beating the tar out of Ulquiorra for ten minutes is insanely satisfying.

The animation is great, and the coloring isn't bad either. It looks better than the game footage that was released a while back. Plus, there's music.

Actually, if there is another arc, I'm thinking the 'powered up hollow Ichigo' is actually pre-Vasto Lordes level, or at least it would seem to make sense.

All of what I can say is speculation, of course, but it was shown that Ichigo was really unable to talk in that form, which shows that he was pretty much going on instinct, only thinking about protecting Orihime from the other powerful hollow present. Notice how he didn't hold back from harming Ishida either when he went to stop Ichigo. Pure instinct.

The next 'level' as it were, for Ichigo, is to remain coherent while handling this awesome power. Of course, that means we'll be looking at him 'accepting' the part of himself that is hollow and working as one, instead of suppressing and controlling it, like he does as a Vizard.

Perhaps then he will be at the true 'Vasto Lordes' level.


... of course, all speculation, as I said... I wish we could get some clarification on Vasto Lordes other than 'immensely powerful humanoid hollows'.

H2 Ichigo a true Vasto Lorde!

Actually, he's not. Hollow Ichigo has never eaten another Hollow, and the Menos of all three classes are masses of Hollows lumped together. We don't know what he is. Hell, even Hollow Ichigo says he doesn't know what the hell he is. Remember, Ichigo's Hollowfication was different from any other. The Hougyouku wasn't directly involved, and the process seemed to be completely different from the way the Vaizard gained their masks.

Aww, that wasn't Yoruichi's shikai after all, just some anti-hierro armor Urahara created. That means this fight is still going to be a while.

You know, the way Gin is fighting, as well as the way he's acting, I don't think he wants Aizen to win. Hell, in a way, he was just encouraging Ichigo. How odd. :/

I also agree with Truffle... it seems as though Gin is trying to... well... convince/prepare Ichigo to fight Aizen. That seems odd. Perhaps Gin is looking to get the Hogyouku for himself?

I'm not sure if Gin was coaching Ichigo or not, but I think he was honestly bothered when Ichigo asked if he was worried if he would have a place with Aizen being so powerful. There was that shadowed panel of Gins face, which to me meant he was struck by those words. And after that is when he gets all offensive and wants to fight.

I'm worried though that Rangiku is gonna sacrifice herself ;_;
