No no see, Analyzer doesn't THINK those constitute retcons we've already been over them but don't like admitting to them, therefore they don't meet their "criteria."

They don't have to not say it. That would be closer to a plot hole (But that doesn't work, given instead of it being said, it's shown that Jinchuuriki can't break it, thus it would qualify as A).

If we ignore the debunking and sinking, maybe. 

 

What hurts NS more than any other pairing, as great as it is, is it has Sakura's Fake Confession, which no other plausible pairing at the time had.

 

By all means it had a chance narrative-wise, the ground-work is there for it to work if the author chooses to do so, and he did think about it, so there is that. But post Fake Confession sinking it was pretty much done.

 

The last 200 chapters after really didn't have anything going. Parralels are weak for hints, and that is debunked as teasing.

 

So I get the showing argument you put forward, but it fails to encompass that there is explicit sinking that is shown that can't be ignored.

The "fake" confession was just more pairing war fuel. Why would he want to sink the most important ship that early on when he has so much more to write? Makes no sense from Kishi's perspective.

I don't know, probably the characters that mistakenly thought his feelings were serious. 

Or his feelings were serious and everyone knew it but you. 

Maybe the reason people think Naruto is serious is because he WAS serious. Which makes 100000x more sense then the convoluted scenario you keep trying to cook up.

ONLY Analyzer knows what Naruto really feels even when Naruto is saying and doing things that directly contradict what they are claiming. "Naruto says he can't confess his to Sakura?! oh that just means he can't confess he only likes her as a friend." 

Can you stick to a claim and not keep changing it? First its, "it was played for laughs he didn't really like her.", "Its not a serious thing."  Now its "He ONLY had a crush on her." FFS. Get gud.

That's because you're right.  As Derock mentioned above, the writer of the Last had little exposure to Naruto, so he was easily manipulated by SP's otaku brigade to depict their asinine scenario for NaruHina.

Honestly I'm not surprised at that they need to reuse the "love triangle " naruto had. Is it me or any time hinata is involved in any contest or that has a vote she will always win so why bother voting when the winner is obvious.
