Lol, I know that. I used to be a member of tumblr. I had to laugh with how easy it was for SNS to manipulate the NS fans to think their way. SNS is a Sasuke centric version of NH. All the characters that are against Sasuke instantly becomes evil. Kakashi, Sakura, and most of all Naruto.

Lmao, literally every time I see a post from them, it's either about how Sakura's such a b*tch, how Sasuke's forced to be with her, or them pretty much making it seem like Sasuke's way to good for her. Kakashi's just that annoying sensei to them who forces Sasuke to do things. Honestly, their ship isn't that much better to me compared to SS & NH, since Sasuke has literally stabbed Naruto once, and has tried to kill Naruto on multiple occasions just like he does with the rest of Team 7. But hey, whatever floats their boats

Frustration with the ending and how females are portrayed has nothing to do with whether the comments are as terrible as the NH fanbase and Saw7er.
I can't answer that unless I know how much strain the Saving chakra for Byakugou no jutsu causes to it's user. She became faster and a lot more stronger when she didn't need to save the energy anymore. But by how much is the question? I read Turrin's post on how Base Sakura > Base Naruto, and although it had good points I can't agree with it 100% because we don't have much information regarding Sakura's feats.
Sakura being impregnated by a false Sasuke clone was an April Fools joke. I can't believe some people are actually taking it seriously. And I don't mean you.

It does in the sense that NH crushed females (Sakura) mainly out of the sense of a hatred for Sakura because she was a threat to their ship, whereas people here are voicing legitimate frustrations borne out of Sakura's disgusting transformation. One side wad illegitimate, whereas one is legitimate. Honestly though, this is the Sakura Hiden thread, so the disappointment is going to be stronger here than other places. If you remember Chatte's mega-thread that focused on the Last, the only character to get consistently crushed was Naruto (for good reason) but no one seemed to mind. Only natural that this thread reflects those same sentiments as they are well deserved, only towards a different character.

SaiIno in this context disgusts me. The only way SaiIno works is if NS happens. As it is, SaiIno shows that Ino is just as disgusting and shallow a person as Sakura, and I genuinely feel sorry for Sai.

how is she shallow? the novel pretty much confirms she moved on from Sasuke and started to gain feelings for Sai, besides his looks, and there are even little SaiIno implications in the previous novels (Sai calling her beautiful once again in Shika hiden, (there might be more seeing that Ino and others are supposed to save and help Sai, Shikamaru and Temari),

She settled for him because of his resemblance to Sasuke, that was her and Sakura's initial schtick towards him in the first place. She couldn't get the real Sasuke, so she got the look-a-like to satisfy her wish fulfillment. She's using Sai the same way Sakura used both Naruto and Sasuke, to satisfy herself. As I said, the only way SaiIno works is if NS happens, because it shows that Sakura matured and moved on of her own volition, which in turn means that Ino stopped pursuit of a single Sasuke and willingly chose Sai over Sasuke, despite her childhood obsession. Instead of that, we got this disgusting crap.

I don't think so, I think it's just people having different methods of dealing with this ending. For example don't take my comment from above as a serious comment, I'm just making fun of the situation.

They are hypocrites. They accuse NH/SS of manipulating information but they've been doing the same. The only thing I agree with them is that Sasuke doesn't need to apologize for Konoha and that's about it. They think SNS has such a strong unbreakable bond that Sasuke loves Naruto sooooo much when it was pretty much shown that in part two, Sasuke wouldn't hesitate to kill him. As much as I remember Chatte's mega-thread had a lot of Sakura vs Naruto thing going on so the saying that Naruto was the only one getting crushed isn't all that accurate. And I think you're misunderstanding what I'm saying. I'm not talking about the bashing in general. The bad things of how she's so focused on Sasuke deserves bashing. I'm talking that some comments that are extreme like Sawyer's that would twist even the good things into everything bad as possible. Because hey, some people can't differentiate romance and everything else. If a female character sucks in romance she must suck at everything else.

I'm just stating my first impression of what I thought of reading the comments here. And I'm not interested in discussing about it anymore because it's just my first impression so

It's pretty obvious she moved on from Sasuke, yes, it does say that she liked him at first for his looks, not only his little resemblance to him, we know that:

As for the whole "she couldn't get Sasuke" *looks at Sakura* lol, it is true that at one point she did love Sasuke (dont ask me, I still dont know why lol) its not like Sakura was ever into Sai to begin with, over time as explained, she just gained feelings for Sai and started moving on, she started stepping down

- Naruto and Sakura will have a convo on a bench);
- Sakura will fight using Bykugou and the villain has a kinda of purple chakra mode.

The only thing that is canon regarding Sai/Ino is that Sai called her ugly.

I don't recall any speed feats from Sakura, but it won't measure up to Base Naruto keeping pace with and trading a blow for blow with Sharinnegan Sasuke at the beginning of their fight. Her only saving graves are the longevity of her seal (that thing was absurdly impacted by power creep, not even Naruto's inherent Uzumaki chakra alone could equal it), Katsuyu, and CES. The only way she could manage a victory is by surviving long enough for Naruto to exhaust himself because she's certainly not skilled enough to defeat him in hand-to-hand. Frankly, her taijutsu skill is virtually nonexistent, even Introduction arc Sasuke has shown better dexterity and martial arts discipline than her.

I know that it was falsified rumour. My question is whether you believe it would be justified to trivialise Sakura's so called "love" for Sasuke by having her become impregnated by an artificial clone who would have given his body to her for a single night of perversion and lust.

Because if Ino couldn’t save Sai, then her coming here would be meaningless.

She desperately continued floundering through the layers of Sai’s heart.

The shintenshin no jutsu could make you move someone else’s body according to your own will, and the method to it was exerting your influence from the insides of those peoples’ hearts. During the chuunin exams, Ino had clearly realised this when she and Sakura had fought for control of the latter’s heart.

Back in Konoha, she had read Sai’s letter, seen his handwriting turned messy and chaotic with a grief she couldn’t hope to grasp. In that moment, Ino had felt Sai’s suffering so keenly that it hurt.

At that moment, sIno hadn’t yet known about Gengo or the genjutsu or anything else, but she had clearly thought to herself that she had to go. Of course, she wanted to save Shikamaru as well, but the trigger for Ino to start moving was Sai’s distressed letter.

Sai, who was constantly worried about the blankness of his own heart, was suffering more than anyone else under Gengo’s genjutsu ever had. There was no one who could save Sai from that other than Ino.

And that was why she was determined to keep diving, no matter how deep she had to go.

When you dived too deep into other people’s hearts, the first thing that would happen was your own existence starting to blur at the edges.

The last thing that would happen was your consciousness disappearing completely in those depths. Once that happened, there was no turning back.

There was a reason Ino was taking such a big risk to save Sai.

…She wanted to talk to him more.

Sai who always gave such lonely smiles, she wanted to get to know him more and more.

There was no way she could leave him in a dark place like this.

Soon, Ino started to feel some faint warmth coming from the darkness. A faint light…

Ino had never seen him smile so naturally before.

The darkness had been left behind, and now the background was brimming with light.

“How’d it go, Ino?”

Although she heard Chouji’s question, Ino was too drained to answer.

Sai’s head was close to Ino’s knee. Slowly, his eyes opened.

Before she noticed who had reached out first, they had clasped their hands together.

“Sai.”

“You…” Sai dazedly murmured, tightening his hold. “You were…”

“You can stop worrying already.” Tears had started leaking out of Ino’s eyes.

“Thank you, miss beautiful.”

“Idiot…”

The two gently smiled at each other"

 

I dont see any hint of shallowness here at all, this is so beautiful

 

Also, the novels ARE canon, its even a part of the timeline leading up to part 3, and contains summaries to The Last. If they weren't, they wouldnt be up the official website apart of the CANON timeline, or apart of the new era project. Also, kishi wouldnt have illustrated any of them

Settling is losing a "love" war and pouncing on the next guy because he looks like a knock off brand of the guy you lost to your rival. Matured? She was thinking of Sasuke when her dad snuffed it, knowing that he hasn't given a damn about her ever as well as all the terrible things he's done. She's as shallow as Sakura.

And no, the novels aren't canon, they're not a part of the original source material.
