Who watched the latest episode of Is It Wrong to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? or short Danmachi/Dungeon Girl? Like... wtf happened?! It's like the series took a 180 degree turn and saved all the budget for this epic fight O-o I was like:" Ugh, another Minotaur, he'll defeat it somehow." And then the fight escalated and kind of reached a new level and actually made me hyped, lol. Up to now, I thought the series was meh, just watched it b/c of Aiz (who's my favorite girl). Now, if the series could always keep up with that quality... (people compare it to SAO, I've never finished it, so I wouldn't know).

I guess you have to bear with the blue string and a special gem would be shown.Who watched the latest episode of Is It Wrong to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? or short Danmachi/Dungeon Girl? Don't get me wrong: The majority of the cast still sucks ass, and I'm not a big fan of Hestia (no, it's not b/c of her boobs or her obnoxious fandom). And the Harem is getting on my nerves. It's just that this fight was extremely cool animated, that's all.

From the creators of Neon Evangelion Genesis and Tengan Toppan Guren Lagann (did I write it correctly), Studio Gainax brings as Panty&Stockings with Garterbelt. Before you say anything, yes, this is an anime, but it's undeniably influenced by the western animation style, with it resembling Power Puffs Girls on crack. The actual content is more catered to a western audience (like seriously, one of the MC is a sex-craved angel), but once in a while the anime style comes back, such as in the magical girl transformation scene. I just wanted to put this video here b/c I thought it was interesting to see how Japan can also adapt to the western animation style like the Western did with Aang-The Last Airbender.

So, anyone got an idea where should I publish my review on anime/manga overall at?

Oh yeah, I know about that. It's bizarre. That I can only say.

So not just chapter or episode reviews, but complete reviews? Maybe myanimelist or anime-planet?

Tumblr I can do, but I think I may have to do a new subblog or something. I remember back in '09 I was offered by two blog sites to go and do reviews for other series. I almost took it but I was caught up with college, so I didn't. I can't say I regret it, but I wish I can do one. But tumblr seems to be my calling. I just have to find a way now.You could create your own blog you know. Something like this: http://kirakiratb.blogspot.com/

I see. Yeah, I'd say do a subblog (which I assume is just a blog, right?).
I really like your reviews, and I'm glad that you're out of your hiatus ^_^ It's interesting to hear that you and some others in here had Attack on Titan that brought you back into animes. You could maybe keep that in mind when doing your reviews to clear some of the doubt others have about mangas and animes. Sorry, if that sounds weird

Hmm, kind of reminding people to not only look into mainstream animes and mangas only. I feel like now that Naruto is over, a lot of people don't know what to get into...

I haven't said it in podcast, but I have said dozens of time, including to my girlfriend. But she scolded me for treating her like she's a noob, which she's not. Lol. But yes, you're right about that. It's a safe place since they know Naruto. Same with DBZ. When it comes to exploring, that can be "scary" like they won't know what lies ahead. I remember exploring outside of mainstream and WSJ before I called hiatus, but once I did that, I only follow what I already followed, which were Naruto, OP, FT (sort of), and some other ones. It wasn't much because many of them were done already. Then 2014, I was all on Naruto since I guess the bias aspect of mine got the best of it. Sadly, I was too caught up with it and I regret it. I let so many series piled up.
Now I'm back and remember how it's like to be a fan of it. Haikyuu!! saved me in anime and then TG saved me in manga. Now I'm ongoing to see more and more newer series and continue to expand my hobby further.

Yup, that's what I mean. Last year, I was also way too obsessed with Naruto- and I ended up hating myself soo much for it... I think I only read Naruto and AoT and a few shoujos here and there in 2014. Just like you, Tokyo Ghoul saved me. It was the first manga I read after Naruto had ended. And Haikyuu! was such an enjoyable ride.
People just need to look further the mainstream and look for hidden jewels. Also Josei and Seinen mangas and animes could awaken the interest of people who are looking out for more mature content.

Agreed. I think we all have the same share of feeling regret for focusing on one thing, only to backstab you heavily. It was more of a eye opener than anything because I was so caught up in the moment that I actually forgot the problems of the series and go with it. I would accept anything they will toss at me, and oddly enough, there were too plenty. I even go against James in the debate on the fighting aspect, which I even thought to myself, "Wait, that doesn't make sense. Does it? Wait...."Yup, that's what I mean. Honestly, I used the advantage of Obito for my ego need on NS. While it was still written that way, I took whatever mean necessary to satisfy myself on the pairing because not only it was obvious but it was there to make that type of love story legit. I guess you can say it was karma in the end. I had to go against Luffy and others on Obito, but I know that there were many problems that wasn't right. In the end, he could have been decent have he not be the top villain. That dilemma he had is a villain tier, not major one, so it really came off too easy to be beaten the way he did. So that's the truth right there.
Well, at least I learned my lesson when caught up in the moment.
