that's what I was saying it was more ship tease-like in anime. I mean why would it show Soma's surprised face TWICE with both times followed up with closeup shots of Erina's exposed cleavage and legs? was he staring at the open amounts of skin?   And not to mention the flowery pink background. It was nothing like that in the manga. Well I'm not complaining, it's just there need not be ship tease so early cause even non shippers can tell it's not time for it yet due to Erina's hostile behavior towards Soma at first.

Anime in general does do that to make it more fluffy. They usually do it to the one they pretty much putting money on.

What 4life said  . I already said this to him but I ok with it  bc you can't measure the length and the time of the moment on panel so there's that which works for the anime perfectly to add some flare bc the elements were already there for it , but yeah they went overboard a bit with it  . I like it though there was so much smex in there    .

 

Well that's also true but there has already been a ship tease with them here and there already  , like I say in some moments you can see the sparkles even though Erina goes hard on Soma and acts as a Tsundere  , after all he's the only one who makes her act out of her way like that , being embarrassed , blushing for any reason and what not . So we can say that all the elements are there its just need the crucial development which hopefully will start now with these twist of events  .

This chapter sent chills down my spine, the way he addressed the crowd, Like a president/prime minister candidate, that promises reform but then leads like a dictator....he's scary.

 

The mangaka still refusing to reveal the true purpose of Isshiki, is he friend or foe? I'm not even sure if the Mangaka has decided his role yet, just that he's a unknown.

 

So I wonder if we'll get a flashback next week, and if so if it will be during the events of the first chapter, or his fathers time at school.

I don't think Ishiki is a foe , so far he has been very supportive of Soma and stood behind him and even confronted Eizan about his actions toward Soma . Ishiki is from PSD and he seems supportive of Senzaemon's ideals , If anything Ishiki might serve as a spy for the Senzaemon & PSD group  so maybe that's why they didn't contacted him !? . 

 

Might be the story of Erina and everything that happened to her with Azami and Jouichirou .

Really? Well even though Erina will get it, I see no real reasons to hate them and vice versa. I guess I haven't explored much but even so, I'll say it's no rocket science. Maybe the idea of ego boost from another series gave them a high chance, which is not the case but oh well. We are gullible.
