In a recent interview with Shounen Jump,
Masashi Kishimoto admitted that he had some
regrets with how he had planned out the
romance in Naruto.
He admits that lately he feels that Naruto and
Sakura should end up together instead because
he made the similarity between Sakura and
Narutos mother, Kushina already way obvious.
However, he doesnt know how he can negate
Hinatas sacrifice for Naruto and the events in
chapter 615 without making Naruto look like a
bad protagonist.
"I shouldve just killed off Hinata way back
then," says Kishimoto, "Shes not even the
heroine and I made her so I could have another
big-boobed character really."
"In the end I had to go with what the producers
wanted, basing on the former net income of the
movie released last year (2013) aimed and
NaruSaku fans, they said more money could be
made from NaruHina fans, so with a heavy heart
we went for a NaruHina ending" Kishimoto said.
As a final remarks to the broken NaruSaku fans
Kishimoto left this final message
"Naruto and Sakura will always be in our hearts,
and to make up for the failed love pairing please
support Boruto and Sarada and just enjoy the
up coming movie"..

Guys, I just want you to know how I feel right now.. I'm going to have my vacation in my country Philippines by next week... I just found out today that Naruto The Last Movie will be aired on our cinema on Dec. 17 this year as a Christmas treat from Japan.

I remembered the Rurounin Kenshin the movie aired the same date in Japan. Didn't expect Naruto will also be aired in our country too. And what I'm sad about, most of my fellow countrymen were NaruHina fans while I'm reading the comments.. I don't know if I should watch it to find out everything.. It might stabs my heart many times... coz I just love naruto and Sakura together...

I like Karin but she's not that great...too obsessed with Sasuke.
If anything Sakura should have been the most popular female due to heroine status and her pure kick ass-ness.
But it's a twisted world we live in...one where minor characters are worshipped like goddesses while real goddesses are scorned as the devil lol.

I think most people like hinata due to sakura's fan girling over sasuke. I even got tired of it. You saw how naruto felt in the hospital when he brought tsunade to help sasuke and the POL. The confession in the LOI was horrible done.

People hate sakura due to how kishi wrote her. Look at the other big 2 heroines, people love them. If kishi would had sakura beat sasuke or hit him, then people would think different of her.

How does the va of sakura feel? She just got supporting character status.

Don't waste your money watching it. There'll be a special screening in Japan on Nov. 17th so we might get fan summaries of the movie.

I'm from PH too, and its kinda sad that i don't have the strength to support it.

 

If only it didn't turn out this way... that would be an awesome Christmas.. i remember i was planning to watch RTN (they also aired that here) and i am so willing to give all my money on it but sadly my father passed away during that time so i couldn't watch it in the theaters.

 

and now that i think i could finally go see a Naruto movie on the big screen... this... anomaly happened.

 

Most of the people here in the Phil are also NH and SS shipper like i was before.

 

Instead of excitement all i feel is despair lol it feels like i'm doing a danganronpa reference..

 

now i see Hinata as the Ultimate Despair lol

 

I just have like 3 people i knew personally that likes NS.

 

Someone is already inviting me to go watch it like a date.... but he is a big NH no slash that HINATA fan..
