This is the honest reason (or biased in many cases) why people feel Sakura's confession was fake. You can't draw sounds XD but at the same time, Kishi made her look like she was just trying to trick Naruto (of coarse when I first read the chapter I didn't even care to look because I thought NaruSaku was gonna become canon sooner or later)... Now I know you likely know this, but thing is Sai explained the next chapter why she was telling the truth (though people think he confirmed she was lying about her feelings to Naruto).

I don't know why people have to be like that to be honest ^^; (but the NS anime flashbacks were a nice touch)

Her confession was fake because she still loved Sasuke, and all the reasons she used to say to Naruto she loved him ws because of status.
Moreover it wasnt something to make her view in a bad light, Naruto wasnt capable to see how bad the situation was for him and Sakura, it required Gaara first and Sai to awake Naruto and see the situation then he realized that she was in danger and went to "save" her.

The same thing can be said about naruto, even though sasuke tried to kill him he still considers him as his brother and will still do anything to bring him back. both sakura and naruto should've accepted the fact that he's a criminal but the problem is that whenever sakura tries to give up on sasuke, naruto restores her hope of bringing him back.
At the hospital the first time and later at the kage summit.

Sakura loving sasuke won't change. I think if narusaku happens then it'll be more of a "sakura loves naruto more" since it seems the most logical. Sakura was willing to kill sasuke herself for naruto's sake after all. And sasuke is going to be redeemed eventually ( whether he ends up alive or not)

But I agree with you, she won't stop loving Sasuke for a while, she'll just realize that she loves Naruto more than him.

No denying he was angry with Sakura for lying to him, but he hated that she was lying to herself about sasuke, rather then hating Sakura herself. Basically he hated the idea that she was suddenly over Sasuke, because he knew she was lying to him straight away.

But hearing naruto say that word, and to sakura noless...I honestly didn't have it coming! Sakura feels guilty about the entire think, and she'll be with naruto the next time. But what about naruto's intake on the situation?
He seemed okay with it after sai explained sakura's reasons but "just being okay" Isn't fine with me. That's why I'm hoping that they get the chance to talk about it.

You know an issue I have with making NaruHina canon, Hinata has never walked in Naruto's journey. Hinata is like a special guest star that pops in at notable moments in order for her to get development. It's this detachment between them that makes it feel so dry if they actually become a couple in the end.

The same can be said about SasuSaku from Part 2 onwards. Even Karin still has some conflicts to resolve with Sasuke since he almost killed her in the Summit arc. Sakura, on the other hand, has already resolved to let Naruto handle Sasuke, she has no plans of getting involved in anything about Sasuke.

Naruto and Sakura have conflict and intrigue with each other, and on the other side of the spectrum so do Sasuke and Karin. But when it comes to NH and SS the conflict is, as always, one sided from the girls. That just feels so bland when you compare.

He got angry with her when she told him to stop chasing Sasuke (right there that's when he knew something was wrong, that she was lying to herself. She still cares for Sasuke and she wants him to be back with team seven). However it was pretty clear that Sakura was being honest that she was in love with him and whether any feelings she might have for Sasuke they are very weak compare to how strong her feelings for Naruto are.

It's filler, but this all make sense why he was angry about Sakura giving up so easly about Sasuke :
