The fans already love to joke about how much sexual tension Naruto and Sasuke share, so you can bet everything you have that if Sasuke had been a girl every person on the Naruto fandom would ship the hell out of it.

I remember there were 3 moments between Naruto and Sakura in the love section of the Kizuna books:

 

1) Sakura nearly quitting the chunin exams to protect Naruto's dream fo being Hokage (some nice mention of how Naruto's dream also became her dream)

2) The promise of a lifetime

3) Sakura's confession (I think it said how Naruto understood Sakura thanks to his own unrequited feelings and that's why he knew she wasn't honest)

 

I think Megi once gave us proper explanations of the books so you could try to PM her.

Not me.
I think a lot more people would ship it if Sasuke was a girl, but at the same time there would be people thinking Sasuke's a b*tch and why is Naruto going after such a b*tch. Lol. Sorta like it is now with Sakura, but amplified, probably.

 

About the Kizuna books—I think I might have a few pages from it, but if I do they're on my other computer, at home. Where I am not right now. I'll look when I get home. ^^

Why is there this notion that NS never "recovered" from the fake confession? What is there to "recover" from? Why wouldn't Naruto saving her life mean that he still cares about her? Why would he hold a grudge against Sakura over something like that?

ohh no worries.

Its just another useless argument that NH&SS fans make. They think naruto would hate sakura just because she made that confession. But i see it like " sakura did all this cuz she doesnt want naruto to get hurt" . This confession proves that she is willing to leave everything behind for naruto. So it was a good part. And why would naruto hate her for that.

Sasuke has tried to kill naruto many times. He still wants him back. Besides naruto loves sakura. Have loved from the begining amd wiill love till the end

Because it's the final shot to have Naruto move on from Sakura. Sadly, that didn't last and pretty much destroy all the chances they have. Now, the anti has to rely on Sakura with Sasuke but even then, that's in danger. Ironic, if you ask me.

Something I realized...
I realized that now since Madara is going to be focused for time being aka next volume, that means I got to suffer 10 more chapters of pairing war and many bs throwing around. Oh no!!!!
