And I really wouldn't use this game as any sort of evidence because it has nothing to do with movie come on guys

No, you come on. This game was designed especially for the movies website, so your statement "it has nothing to do with the movie" is false. Endless discussion about a stupid scarf but god forbid we speculate about this quote  :roll: THIS is why we can't have nice things here.  :smack:

But yeah, it's just a nice gimmic, not evidence. At least it give the look that the quote wasn't forgotten.

So I've been rereading the manga slowly (to prepare myself to at least shed a tear or something when it ends).

 

And here is the first Hinata's relevant appearence in part 2. By relevant I mean that she was shown as part of the plot progression and as a soldier for the upcoming mission. Before this one there was only her introduction to show off her adult looks.

(In the NaruSaku debate thread I also argue that this chapter (355) was the breaking point of NS steady progression. Before it NS was the main and only, solid and straightforward, most developed and uncontested pairing. Then Kishi suddenly decided that NS is too obvious and that he needs to make things more conflicted. That decision resulted in this panel and everything that followed up until now. All our suffering more or less starts here.)

 

 

Anyway, this is the panel before the mission start.Please admire everyone's determined faces and thoughtfulness. Then look at Hinata. She looks at Naruto and blushes.

Now compare to the recent poster. In this panel you can see why Hinata can be introduced differently from the rest of the characters and how it means nothing. It is just her being Hinata, shinobi-like odd ball, that doesn't consider the situation.

That's what I mean it's nice but it's not evidence at all. Don't take it so seriously because it's a GAME. games aren't great sources (nh secret lovers anyone?)

It has nothing to do with the plot of the movie. If you guys are using this as an NS tease then you have to acknowledge the NH tweet (yes it DID bait them) because that came directly from the official twitter with the movie poster attached and was about the movie. Come on.

Again yamatos quote is for all characters not just Sakura and pretty much all the quotes have to do with self worth.. Maybe except kushina lol

They will tease all of us so it's best to wait. I'm happy that the narrator mentioned naruto when talking about sakuras beauty, meaning he probably still loves her in the movie :P

You know, looking at that scarf movie poster it dawned on me:

 

SAI IS TOTALLY AN UCHIHA.

 

He and Sasuke are nearly identical now. Would love to see Sai activate his sharingan one day, just out of the blue, freaking everyone out, including himself!
