You register by giving a 8 character name and a 8 character passwort. The register button is the 2nd button, the login the furst button. If you're looking for the text it says, here they are:

just try to write your nickname in minuscole and the password with 8 letters alphanumerical

Here is an something made by an NH fan while i was debating with them.

Are you kidding? Junko Takeuchi does a very fine job, Its way better than the English VA. Changing Naruto's voice now would just be weird. I've gotten so used to that dattebayo
