Well what would you choose, 4life?

I think I'll go with first choice only because I'm tired of that solution: kill one off to make the another smooth sailing. Seriously, can't resolve without killing?

Sakura goes to Naruto after rejected once again and being told by Sasuke to go for Naruto

Or

Sasuke dies before Sakura ever decided on her feelings, so his death makes everything easier

Forget logic. Just choose one and why.

Those are both terrible choices but I would choose the first one since mistakes and regression can be corrected but Sasuke dying cannot be corrected.

I wish i could understand those two post above but it's a matter of personal opinion, anyway i'll leave my two cents, Sasuke dying obviously would change nothing because she got the summit where she found out that Naruto loves her and on 540 were Sasuke is a bad guy and the scene forces her to think about her feelings for Sasuke, suddenly she goes to confess her feelings for sasuke once again to get rejected and then she's forced to think about her feelings for the 3rd time.

This mistake cant be corrected, it wont make sense, she would just move on because she got rejected, she already knows that Naruto loves her, Sasuke telling her to go for Naruto wont change the fact that despite knowing Naruto loves her she decided to confess to Sasuke anyway.

 

The two options are terrible but the second at least doesnt make the whole development on the summit useless.

I like neither ofcourse but if i have to : the second one.

While the second option wouldn't feel right and quite frankly cheap it atleast doesn't destroy Sakura's character like the first one would.

What i've said so many times on this thread?
NaruSasu is forced, Sasuke did so many bad things to Naruto and others, and Naruto is the only one who forgives him, he thinks Sasuke is a prisoner of hatred thus not being accountable for his actions, NaruSasu is so forced that even if Sasuke kills Naruto he will forgive him and by Naruto forgiving Sasuke would force everyone to forgive Sasuke too.
It wont fail the story or wont trash it, it's NaruSasu.

Sasuke is not the point here. The question centers around NS. If you'll argue against Sasuke's death do it because it'll be bad for the NS ending, not because of forgiveness.

Personally I think it doesn't matter how many mistakes Sakura makes as long as Kishi does a good job of resolving those mistakes in a way that makes sense. The only problem with Sasuke dying is that it creates a permanent unresolved issue.

 

Imagine it this way : Two people are having a debate about who gets to ride shotgun. If one of them dies then yes, the other will get to ride shotgun but that doesn't mean that the debate is resolved. A death does not determine who has won the debate.

 

So if Sasuke dies then yes, Naruto and Sakura will probably get together. But who really won? We are biased so we'll assume that Naruto would have won anyways but we don't know that. The only way for us to truly know is for Sakura to realize her true feelings while Naruto and Sasuke are both alive.

It depends on the author mostly. I actually find females the easier sex to write and develop. But that's just me.

He can forgive and he did already but the others wont, just look at 632, K11 even Shino raised his voice against Sasuke.

Sasuke wants to kill Naruto which is shown recently, it wanst stated that Sasuke wants to do it on a fight so we dont know if he wants to do this on a fair fight or he will backstab, he just said on the summit "i'll kill you first" and recently "i'll erase the past".

Like I keep saying, it doesn't matter how many times Sakura makes a mistake as long as in the end she's learned from it. If anything making a million mistakes and acknowledging that they were mistakes makes her a wiser and more developed character. A random death does nothing but prevent any further development.

This logic can be applied to everything, Naruto can get with Hinata but in the end he gets Sakura because he believed being with her is a mistake.

I'm totally against it because the summit and 540 happened, if those moments didnt happened i would agree with Sakura going on to confess to Sasuke again and then being rejected(because ti would be shown as a mistake and she would get development), but she already knows that Naruto loves her and that Sasuke is bad guy who she should not be in love with and then after all those moments happened, she makes up her mind to confess to Sasuke to be rejected and once again being told to be with Naruto, she would be forced to be with Naruto not because she loves him.

 

Dan died and it didnt prevented Tsunade from getting development towards Jiraiya, Dan dying didnt made Jira/Tsu canon.

Obito died and Rin still got development by being told by Kakashi that Obito loved her and that she should not be in love with him, which is completely different than the scenario above, if she knew that Obito loved her and that Kakashi tried to abandon her before her confession to kakashi would she made that confession?

 

The two options are terrible but at least the second doesnt damage NS.

 

If Sakura confesses to Sasuke again after all that happened, NS is dead.

We were talking about sasuke killing naruto in this war and obito uses his rinne tensie or whatever that is to bring naruto back to life. I agree with every other thins u have said except this one.

That was my answer.

Sasuke wants to kill Naruto but i said, we dont know if he wants to do this on a battle or backstabbing, then furthermore we have Naruto telling Obito to do something to make up for himself, so we have using the rinne tensei or beating Madara, so there's the possibility of Sasuke killing Naruto which triggers obviously the possibility of Obito making up for himself by reviving Naruto, and mirrors to the whole "world of losers" as his will to not see Naruto die like he did.
