Also If NH was ever ment to happen as Kishi stated he had the major events all planned out. If it was ever ment to be then he probably would of developed Hinata a lot more. Or at least actually developed her. In all fairness how are we suposed to root for the protagonist to end up with a girl that is completly irrelevant to the story over the heroine. It makes no sense and its the ultimate reason that NS will happen.

Time will tell if they do have it. I know the last game they do with their own art. Well, it's anime still, but Sakura didn't have that coat, so it's like bridal save from RtN minus Naruto having no Hokage outfit.

I agree with Qia on the MinaKushi=NaruHina parallel in 614/615. In my eyes, it was only meant to emphasize the message that people are willing to sacrifice themselves to protect Naruto. I didn't see that comparison as having anything to do with pairings.

For the sake of argument, even if we were to look at it as a pairing parallel, wouldn't it be considered a NejiHina/MinaKushi parallel? Kirabook has brought this up before. To make the parallel about NaruHina, we have to have two things:

Number one, Naruto has to be the one playing Minato and Hinata has to be the one playing Kushina.
Number two, both couples need to be acting out of love for one another to make it a romantic comparison.

In 614, Neji is the one playing the role of Minato instead of Naruto, and Kushina was acting out of motherly love for Naruto when she dove in front of him. The NejiHina save doesn't parallel Kushina interacting with Minato, her lover; it parallels Minato and Kushina acting out of parental love for their child. That's not the same as acting out of romantic love for each other. So if we say that Hinata is paralleling that specific moment, should it really be considered romantic?

For example, when we say that MinaKushi is a parallel to NaruSaku, we're comparing the relationships of the characters. It's not just about Sakura being similar to Kushina. It's also about how she acts with Naruto in comparison to how Kushina acts with Minato, her lover. They're both very similar in that Naruto/Minato were the first two men to compliment them on their insecurities, both women doubted the abilities of the men, both women were eventually changed by the men, etc... We also have parallels in moments like the bridal-style saves from Obito and Sasuke. NaruHina simply doesn't have that type of parallel. Hinata hasn't interacted with Naruto the same way that Kushina did with Minato. There's nothing to compare romantically.

I have a feeling that we will have our answer soon (after Naruto deals with the 10 tails + Madara etc etc) Before orochimaru, 4 hokages + sasuke enter, maybe Naruto will open up to Sakura or vice versa. Otherwise it will be during the Sasuke vs Naruto fight, Sakura will wake up and realize she loves/loved Naruto all along.

Maybe the bench scene forehead comment will be brought up by Naruto? i hope it is

It's rather funny how they really dismissed that moment, let alone only have her for 5 seconds in that Pain scene. No joke, it went by so quick, I didn't realize it. They kept the hug and Sakura cry for Naruto to save them. So what's their excuse. I must say, I saw the intro of Storm 3 and they really favoring NS. They're the first to be introduced and they had one close up shot to Sakura smiling at Naruto as he was talking about how much respect he gotten. I wonder why. I should not spoil myself any further. I will be giving reports once I get my hands on it. That's a promise. Plus, I'll share my review in the upcoming podcast. I believe I saw you there.

I hope it doesn't take Naruto being put in that kind of situation for Sakura to realize her feelings. That's just as bad as Naruto having to be in a life or death situation for Hinata to act on her feelings.

I like to believe that Sakura has finally come to a realization of her feelings for Naruto after witnessing 615. That one panel is just too perfect. She looks shocked, confused, and not very happy at seeing Hinata interacting so closely with Naruto. I suppose it could have meant something else though. We'll have to wait and see.

Oh yeah, I don't think I got to say anything but yes, I agree. It felt like a shipping battle scene and Naruto didn't know what he did for Hinata. Sakura didn't want Naruto to know that she also was part of it. When Naruto found out, Sakura tried to deny it but Naruto got the idea. At least she said bye in a nice way. Yeah, there were few more.
