I loved Jiraiya's character as well. Why, why does Kishi always kill off the coolest characters he creates? Jiraiya, Minato, Neji, Asuma, Nagato. And he brings back weirdos like Orochimaru

Wait.....he only kills off coolest characters.....and Sasuke is still alive......I guess Sasuke is not the coolest character ever. XDD

I like NB.
There's plenty of NS and Sakura fans there, and numbers have been rising lately.

I presume you do and let me remind you that almost everyone here liked it. Now in this latest chapter we got a new color page that for the love of God please understand that it doesn't mean anything. It doesn't tell us what is going to happen next for what pairing is going to be canon. Or how Naruto is going to save the world or any other bullsh**.

It's just a bloody color page so stop making such a fuss about it, and focus on the bloody story. And if you really are in a ranting state, rant about the story.

I love that cover but Sakura is more platonic in this one then she is in the other one, which again I don't have a problem with just like I dont have a problem with 632. She's not a fangirl nor is she in love doesn't mean she doesn't find Sasuke attractive.

 

I just want Kishi to establish that Naruto wont end up being a silver medal which is going to be pretty hard to come across because the murder attempts pretty much threw Sasuke out of the competition for good.

I think Sasuke is gonna ask Sakura to leave the village with him ( on a good note this time) and she will refuse, telling him she cannot leave Naruto (maybe even say that she loves Naruto)

It is strange though. Like, I thought that moment from last chapter would be related to the downfall spiral of Sakura with Sasuke. The idea that Sasuke still being "I'm always right" attitude is...interesting. I don't know why but it feels like this will forever go on until the finale, which begs the question, what's the resolution to this if the finale is most likely settled in the next arc or next phase. I feel like the resolution comes when Sasuke turns heel. I'm not saying Sakura and Sasuke can't be friends ever, but it feels like the final resolution will be "Let's start over" along with Kakashi and others. Naruto and Sasuke, well they are their own moments. So yeah, I guess this is the way to go, and I may be...ok with this. But we'll see.

It could be, but I wonder this particular subplot of hers. It seems like she got overall going down and the break factor can be Sasuke's heel turn. I mean you got how bad he is, no trust from Sakura, though in a way keep it as a secret to all audience (like casual may not understand what's going on), no co-op from Sasuke in a genuine way like protecting friends rather than for missions, and well maybe no respect. The heel turn will be a glass shattering factor.

By the end of Manga, Sasuke will acknowledge Sakura as useful. It's pretty much been a subplot from the part 1, and it is bound to happen. 

Now, why I think my scenario might happen :

a) I can't see Sasuke staying in the village after Naruto becomes Hokage. We know Sasuke's personality, and he will not allow himself  to be "under" Naruto. 

b) Eventually, he will have to rebuild his clan, it has been one of his goals.

c) Sakura is the strongest Female Ninja their age. Knowing Sasuke, it is all about power, so he will likely consider her. 

And we all know that Sakura will never choose Sasuke over Naruto. She will not leave Naruto.

Could you elaborate a bit more on your post, I don't think I fully understood what you meant.

What I mean is that all these factors from 540, 635, and so on could explode when Sasuke turn heel. I mean at first, I thought Kishi will try to recover them in here, but seems like he wants those bad factors and become the breaking point of her when Sasuke's turn is next.

We don't know for sure if Sasuke won't stay in the village. He's supposed to learn the lesson Madara never did and accept the Hokageship of their rival/"best friend". And even then, predicting anything with Sasuke is incredibly hard. We don't know whether he will die, create his own village, go with Team Taka, or live in the village again. All has equal likelihood because Sasuke's character lost consistency a while ago. Anything's possible with him. Except romance.

 

I always thought Sasuke would only ever Sakura to be with him to rebuild his Clan and use her power. Like I said before, it would never be out of love rather than ambition and being practical. So I do think there's a possibility for him to say that to Sakura, though I still find it unlikely because I don't think Sasuke would care even that much. But it is still possible. I'm just not sure it'll be with him leaving the village.

I can't see any reasons to kill off Team Taka. They pretty much established that they are their own now yet still go with Sasuke. No longer in the same boat as Orochimaru. At least Orochimaru and Kabuto getting killed, if they do, have benefits, so I don't know. But I guess we are getting ahead of ourselves. All I know is those guys will side with Sasuke and his ambitions to become Hokage...or at least as he proclaim.

It could happen in naruto confession sakura reject him and naruto accept it then they became friend.
