So in the sketch of Hinata, to me, it looks like Ino with Hinata's hair. The way she stands with her hands on her hips. Even her body shape. Looks just like Ino.

And in the poster, are Kakashi and Gai switched? Just a thought.

And lastly, if Hinata and Ino, Kiba and Shikamaru are switched...then we can assume that AU Hinata (or Ino) would be self-confident and AU Kiba (or Shika) won't care about much of anything. And AU Ino (or Hinata) will be shy while AU Shikamaru (or Kiba) will be a little on the protective side, as well as very opiniated and a hot-headed.

Judging by alternate Hinata's sketch she seems to have a lot of attitude so you might be right and this translates to her actually being mean to Naruto, but I hope it turns out differently. I want her to be opposite this way: normal Hinata is very respectful of the people around her so alternate Hinata will be a more in-your-face kind of girl, furthermore when it comes to her feelings for Naruto she normally is shy and reserved so this alternate version becomes forward and aggressive about it.

Me too - not only would it be nice to see BOTH Naruto and Sakura getting jealous/insecure about each other being hit on by these alternative versions of their comrades, I actually think this version of Hinata is very appealing (and not just physically). My favorite characters are outspoken and brash, and this Hinata is exactly that. So it would be fun to see her hitting on a flustered/not-knowing-what-to-do-at-all Naruto, all the while wondering what the heck he did to get Sakura glaring at him like that.

I think it would a nice mirror of Naruto getting all jealous over Sakura being hit on by this alternative Sasuke. Mutuality has always been one of our ships biggest strengths after all

I actually think this is considered canon material.
It is stated its self a billion times, Kishi is writing this soley on his own. I think he's fed up with the anime studios portraying his characters in negative ways that go against his own ideas and scripts. I think he's finally taking a stand for it.

Maybe part of the movie will revolve around Sakura turning down this charming Sasuke while Naruto turns down sexy Hinata. Kishi might do that to prove that even if the normal Sasuke became more caring and normal Hinata became more seductive it still wouldn't change the fact the Naruto and Sakura prefer each other over them.

It could be that Kishi has stumbled upon fans commenting that if Sasuke was charming Sakura would go to him immediately and if Hinata became more sexy and forward with her feeling Naruto would completely forget about his love for Sakura. It could be that Kishi is out to prove those statements wrong.

A number of people are saying that Hinata is called "Tsukuyomi Hinata" in her concept art, which confirms everything we already knew. Tsukuyomi allows the user to control the genjutsu. So I am curious to how Tobi creates this world for Naruto and Sakura? Does he create the world based on Naruto and Sakura's desire? To see their friends and Konoha act the way they always wanted? Or does he just flip everything around? It does appear the Konoha gang are switched with their counterparts(Shika/Kiba, Hinata/Ino, Kakahsi/Gai, etc) .

Since Kishimoto likes to teach lessons, I imagine Naruto and Sakura will have to learn a lesson in order to break the genjutsu. Like how this perfect world isn't what they really wanted. Naruto might realize that his parents were always with him in his heart anyway. And that his friends were better the way they truly are. Sakura will realize that she actually doesn't want some cheesy fantasy version of Sasuke. He was never that guy.

What is funny is that we aren't even getting to what role the Akatsuki play. I imagine the real world will be fighting them while Naruto and Sakura are in the Tsukuyomi. So basically the real Hinata will be fighting in the actual world with this Hinata in the genjutsu world. And Real Konoha will be on the brink of defeat until Naruto can break out of the genjutsu and defeat Tobi.

It is very possible that Hinata doesn't have a crush on Naruto. She could have her own harem in this world.

I agree with everyone saying that (And yes, Deej I agree, Kishimoto does like to end his stuff with lessons. ^^) Naruto and Sakura will learn that this world isn't what they make it out to be, even though Sasuke is nice, and charming - they will realize it wouldn't be.. well... I suppose we'll learn that in the movie, but I feel like it'll make them grow close between each other. Obviously it wont make them fall in love with the polar opposites of the OriginalWorld people - because it's a genjutsu .... And would be impossible in the real world.

You can never have enough romance in a movie.

I know there's a good chance that Hinata might act mean toward Naruto because of the opposite personality, but I just think I'd be a waste to have such a sexy Hinata just for her to be hating on Naruto.

Why should Sakura get to have all the fun of avoiding romantic admirers? Besides out of all the personality changes we've seen so far only Sasuke and Hinata look to be the kind people who would relentlessly try to seduce someone: Sasuke with his playboy charm and Hinata with her sexy aggressiveness.
