Thing is, if it was for money, it's going to backfire.

 

The movie won't flop, but it's going to get panned by critics (at least the ones who aren't NH shippers) and the DVD/Blu-Ray sales will be limited to the Hinata fans only.  The Hinata merchandise is not budging (verified by closet otaku friend who lives in Tokyo and frequents Akihabara.)  

 

Either the movie is not as it seems or this was a terrible miscalculation on Studio Pierrot's part.

The only explanation for such a disaster is that Kishi got a huge check to make it in such a way to create part 3. And after he got that check he didn't care if the movie is going to sale or not. Or even part 3.

 

I'm still waiting for December 6 to see if he goes down in history was one of the biggest trolls or one of the biggest idiots and worst writer in history. Plus a horrible human being that destroyed hope for millions of people.

My mother came to my room half sleepy and said that she just woke up because the phone was ringing.

I said "oh, who was the one that called?".

This is one of the dynamics of these thieves. They call to some houses and say that they got their daughter or son, or that their "nephew" is in jail, things like that. So the person will go and let the house alone or assault them, etc.

I mean for God's sake the databooks just came out and in them it says that Naruto loves Sakura. And hints that Sakura's feelings towards Naruto go beyond friendship. Just like the previous databooks.

And now Kishi is telling us that the events in this movie are the things we should go by. kitten you Kishi. There's no way in hell that I'm taking this ending as the real ending.

If that spoiler actually comes true in the movie...It just sounds so stupid I can't believe anyone actually had that idea pop into their head when making this movie.

Don't know if true,but would you really be surprised if it is? The whole movie is nothing but asspulls.

I haven't found one element of this movie that sounds appealing. The romance sucks, the characters are OOC, the villain sucks, the plot looks ridiculous. I could go on but everything about this movie seems ridiculous, and I don't see any way for it to be salvageable.

So many chapters, so many moments destroyed, especially in early shippuden, if you look at them thinking that Naruto only had a crush on Sakura because of his rivalry with Sasuke.

Thing about this though is not only does it destroy the dynamic of Team 7, it RUINS Naruto as a character by making him look fickle and petty.

"Oh I only luff you because I wanna beat up Sasuke. I made you the promise of a lifetime because I'm jealous you love Sasuke."

It.

Makes.

No.

Sense.

And it turns Naruto into a horrible person.

I think the spoilers that were from the 30 minutes of preview footage are all true.  Also, I wonder if some of the trailers were posted in various places prior to the showing on the 24th - would definitely give someone enough meat to write a "spoiler" plot based on half truths and guesswork.

Since the beginning of Naruto, the plan was to always finish the manga with Naruto vs Sasuke. 

 

From start to finish, the relationship of Naruto and Sasuke mirrors that of twin brothers. The reason is Kishimoto-sensei has a twin brother, Seishi Kishimoto.  Kishimoto-sensei says Naruto and Sasuke’s friendship was modeled after him and his brother.

 

 

 

 

The interview shifts to questions more directly related to the manga. At the end of 699, Sasuke leaves the village to go traveling. Entermix asks what was the intention of this and Kishimoto-sensei responds that after all of the things Sasuke has done, it would be tough to live in the village like everybody else so he went on a journey of atonement. Further, in Kishimoto-sensei’s mind, Sasuke has gone out into the world to find the answers to all of the unanswered questions. For example, who and what was Kaguya exactly? Sasuke wants to find out how her plan for revival was executed the first time around so it could be avoided in the future. In order to unnecessarily avoid lengthening the manga, however, Kishimoto-sensei decided to skip writing about it and he has no plans to continue that storyline. 

 

That's a missed opportunity right there, and I think it would've been interesting to see Kishi go down this path with Sasuke's character.

 

 

Now comes most of us don't come to like (along with myself) 

 

While the manga was geared toward friendship, the theme in The Last: Naruto the Movie will be about love. Kishimoto-sensei explains the idea was originally from the anime producers. He himself was unable to write about love in the manga, it was something he avoided due to feelings of embarrassment, so he felt this could go well as a movie theme to further show Naruto’s growth. The script for the movie was not written exclusively by Kishimoto-sensei, rather he was given a script so that he could recommend changes to properly flesh out the story and set the mood.
